4-5 vapes through the evening from 4pm-10pm. I have a teaspoon of canna coconut oil about 15 mins before bed then a vapebong in bed. Sleep right through till 6:30am and wake feeling great. If I have a heaped teaspoon of oil I do wake up a bit groggy but after a few hrs I’m good. I don’t vape in The daytime when I’m working so my canna intake is between the hrs of 4pm and 10pm mostly, although recently I have been having a couple of 1:1 drops before setting off to work. Mellows me out enough to cope with the job -

Gawd I’m ashamed to say how late I am this yr 🙈 not started a seed yet , not even opened the door to the green house 😢 just not enough hrs in a day with work etc 😕 but I’ll keep on trying to get there 🙄
