The UK420 Team are dedicated to providing our members with the optimal environment to discuss cannabis cultivation for personal consumption only and other cannabis related subjects.

We respect your privacy and will never ask for personal information about you. Conversely, we suggest that you not reveal any of your personal information on uk420.com.

• Posting, browsing, or otherwise interacting with uk420.com indicates acceptance of the policies and terms of use as set out below
• That if any of the rules below are abused, the offending post may be removed without prior notice and that if you repeatedly violate any of the rules below or otherwise seek to disrupt the forums, Admin will disable or delete your account.
•  That this is private property, you are our guest and that we (UK420.com Admin) reserve the right to delete any post and/or any membership for any reason.

 
Moderation:-

• Our policy favours the free posting of ideas, as long as they comply with the board rules below.
• The exception to this is where the site owner feel a post or topic degrades the environment we desire, in which case it will be deleted.
• Topics and posts questioning site moderation or the site rules are not permitted and will be deleted without notice. All such questions should be sent to Admin only.
• If you disagree with a Moderators action and after reading the board rules you feel that you did not break the board rule/s then you have the right to contact Admin.
• All Admin decisions are final.

We will not tolerate members who:
Use our: Personal messaging system, Mail system, chat or Bulletin board, for the purpose of:

• Offering or requesting or exchanging any substances that are illegal or controlled under UK law ie: this means, making offers or requests of/for illegal drugs, clones or pollen.
•  Violate a person's privacy:- by publishing against someone's will or passing any information that is private and personal or puts a members freedom at risk.
• Are under the age of 18. This means no browsing, posting, joining or otherwise interacting with uk420.com and its related sites. If we become aware of violations of this policy, we will ban the underage user and delete all of his or her posts immediately.
•  Avoid paying for any business or commercial advertising, or ask other members to buy, sell or examine any commercial products or services or discuss, promote or advertise the relative merits or reliability of any seed re-seller / company or "seed drops" from 3rd party seed auctions or non affiliated sites and all such posts will be removed without notice .
• Post Commercial, Off site or Affiliate Links for any purpose without prior permission from uk420.com. This includes ,but is not limited to, off site links in signature's to commercial or non commercial sites unless by previous agreement.
• UK420 does not allow free advertising, private trading, equipment/seed swapping or the exchanging of personal details on its message boards or via its Personal Messaging system.
• Any member found doing so will be banned!

UK420 members must not:

• Post information:- concerning theft, deception or hacking.
• Post material:- Which is false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, profane, threatening or racially offensive . As with anything, will you please use good common sense. In other words, you agree to treat all members within the community with respect.
• Post material:- that is sexually or otherwise obscene or pornographic and has no educational purpose or any significant relevance to an ongoing and legitimate discussion.
• Post images without the owners permission

 
Galleries and Images :

• Please do not Upload or hot link images with watermarks advertising other websites [we will consider this to be spamming and the image will be deleted]
• Please do not Upload memes/funny animal pics or any other off topic photos to our gallery, please use the "insert image from URL" on the post screen instead
• You agree that once you upload any text or picture to uk420.com, that it is a gift to uk420 and that uk420 has the assumed right to use the material as it wishes on its web domains or publications.

Except by specific arrangement UK420 only allow one membership account/alias per user, anyone found to be abusing uk420.com services by making more than one account will have accounts banned for life.

Please remember that UK420 is not responsible for any messages posted. UK420 do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this BB.

Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email or PM. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

Please understand that we cannot always monitor the contents of posted messages, and that we depend upon you to PM or email us when members or their messages are violating our policy as stated here. You must also understand that we cannot respond immediately to said PM's/emails and that some time may pass before any warranted action is taken.
Admin reserves the right to change this policy as and when desired.
