Things in the greenhouse look spot on mate   Keeping temps in range and not to far away from harvest now. I would say 10-14 more day's will be plenty and see this season concluded.    Have a nice week vacation my friend    All being well the plants will be finished when you return   How was the sample you took mate?   All the best    Mark..

Been running the gamut of the self help and metaphysics section upwards of 2 decades now. Tended more toward the new thought end of the spectrum, as oppose to the more pragmatic, motivational speakers.
All started when I was given a fluffy Louise Hay book  (had to be synchronicity right ) , and been down the rabbit hole ever since.
Watts to Walsch, Deepak to Dyer, Sadhguru to The Secret, McKenna to Mooji. If a fast track route to enlightenment and healing is promised, I'm on it
Still have a strong belief in many of the principles outlined, cos I've absolutely seen them working (especially on the negative side), but my attempts to develop an eclectic mix of the above, have left me with a new age mush in an already addled brain.
I think in retrospect much of it's been counter productive for me, especially the "thoughts creating reality" paradigm. Being prone to "magical thinking" I'm told, I probably put a little too much emphasis on the thought, feeling and visualization bit of the process, neglecting the action stage. Ironically it fostered passivity.
If things don't go as "affirmed", there's a danger of just heaping a greater sense of failure and/or guilt on one.
Of course, this area attracts the vulnerable (gullible some would say),  who may be more advised to seek out more conventional, professionally lead therapies. I bet sales have increased this past 5 or 6 years as the mental health services have been surreptitiously dismantled.
It can also be bloody exhausting trying to catch every thought if I'm a bit manic or going through a bad ocd spell. Which can cause a bit of a fear loop (ah negative, dark thoughts, wtf am I creating man! )
Not to give in though, just started studying the hermetic principles in the Kybalion, based on ancient Greek and Egyptian philosophy supposedly. The first principle of "mentalism" covers the mind creating matter aspect. Then onto further metaphysical tenets.  Looks pretty aligned with theosophical teachings, I'll see where it goes.
Supposedly this book appears in one's life at just the right time, feeling my synchronicity antenna buzzing. I think this may be a turning point Anyway, off to stick a pic of another Ferrari on me vision board.

this is what i do... So basically, my (personal) cannabis defoliation technique could be summed up like this: Vegetative Stage Plant Training – Train plant(s) to grow into a generally flat and wide shape, so they fill your grow space like a table. This makes it so you have multiple colas located at the top of the plant and close to the light. Or choose a Sea of Green setup (growing many small plants) and skip the training! Defoliate the middle and bottom of your plant(s) whenever you can't see light coming through them. When the middle is completely dark it means the plant is too bushy! Right Before Switch to 12/12 Do this step when plant is about half the final desired height (since it will about double in size after the switch to 12/12)  Lollipop the plant (completely strip the lowest leaves on the plant that will never get light, leaving the bud sites intact) Remove big fan leaves on the upper part of the plant (making sure not to damage bud sites) until plant is not leafy. If you can easily see your plant's stems it's a good time to stop.  Week 3 After Switch to 12/12 One Last Defoliation at Flowering Week 3 – Now that you're three weeks into the flowering stage, do another major removal of just about all the fan leaves. Make sure to especially take any big leaves with long stems, or leaves that are covering bud sites! Again, avoid removing or damaging any developing buds! After Week 3, I only defoliate huge fan leaves that can't be tucked away. Otherwise I just wait until harvest and reap the rewards! Defoliation is a technique, but it is also an art! The above instructions should get you started but cannabis plants are like big bonsai trees and you'll eventually learn how to defoliate without hesitation. It's fun to try to alter the growth patterns of cannabis plants and I encourage you to experiment with your own plants and develop your own particular defoliation style and rhythm!

What’s up it’s been a while   This grow has had it’s problems mainly down to me, I tried to cheat and flip the plants early to sex them then took clones from the revegging females.    The clones took so long to root and I lost a lot of them, anyway we have two Platinum Yeti’s and two Sour 76 in the dwc system now well rooted so we can finally get this show on the road   There’s a few changes to the setup this run, I’ll be using Biogreen Nutrients, lights will be a Migro 400 led, and I’ll be showing a serious bit of tech the Opengrow GroLab Controller for controlling environment as well as auto dosing ph and eventually nutrients   The plants are still throwing out some weird growth from the reveg but it’s slowly returning to normal.          Back two are Platinum Yeti and front two are Sour 76 with a little platinum yeti in soil in the middle.    Platinum Yeti    Platinum Yeti    Sour 76   Sour 76   Overview    Migro 400   Opengrow GroLab kit + Tankbot & 12v dosing pump & EC probe.    Opengrow controller setup on the wall.      I’m excited to finally have something to work with and I hope you stick around to see what happens this run.
