      Weed doesn't seem to affect my sleep, I don't notice any difference either in being able to get to sleep or in how I feel when I wake up regardless of if I have a joint just before bed or I don't. I'm prone to insomnia (one of the many reasons I used to drink, cos it knocked me out, but that brings a whole other set of problems, the hangovers and shit like ratdog says and also drinking myself unconscious kinda made me 'forget' how to get to sleep naturally so the insomnia was much worse for a while after I quit drinking, but I've relearned how to get to sleep again naturally sounds daft but for those who are kept awake by all the shit going on in your head, like I am, I find that humming a repetitive tune over and over in my head works, it drowns out all the inner dialogue shit that keeps me awake and before I know it I'm asleep ). Nowadays I'm usually in bed before 11 and up by 6 most days, which is new for me, used to be a proper night owl, if I was up at 6 it was because I hadn't been to bed yet

      Welcome to the community You will need to get a handle on that as plenty of patience is required to be successful in your new choice of hobby. As shumroom says get a diary on the go, post as much detail and pics as you can and the good folk here will see you right. Plenty to read on here in the meantime so digest as much as you can is my advice for now. Have fun and don't get to stressed we all had to start somewhere and you will soon get to grips with all the do,s and don'ts Be lucky
