I have sum autos they are 14 days old from seed, now in 11l pots in straight coco. The thing is i over watered them trying to get RUN OFF .the pots  are fabric and the plants will not let me  they are growing best whith 1 L between um every 2.3 days  that's 3 plants, i am unsure about watering and salt build up. do i feed ,water or feed everytime advice will be welcome no pics yet    ta phil

Feed everytime you water. Salt build up takes a while to develop. 11L are big pots, you don't need to worry about run off yet.  For future reference, before you pot up fill the pots with coco and use an empty pot (same size your plant is currently in) to save space for your plant to go in.  Make your feed and water the pot so you get a good litre of run off and leave it in the tent to dry a little and reach temp over a few days. THEN transplant into properly buffered and moist coco. This way you can't over water and your roots will explore the whole pot by the time you need to water again, so you can water to run off from then on as normal.
