When's the 'right' time too start LST your plants?

I'm 21days inn topped and now really thinking it's time to kick my plant training off however I am bit stuck should I tie the stem down , individual branches? And also leave the leaves or snip? Please help would be SOOOO useful . Check my pics out of my plant let me know large.IMG_3416.JPGlarge.IMG_3417.JPG

My current grow has topped and tied down, take a look at it in my signature.

 

Tie down any time, start now for sure :)

Fabric pots are great and it's a lovely plant!  Well done!  Almost too well.

That may sound odd but you've managed to stack the node's really well.

You have a small distance between nodes.  That is good for bud site's and production but it's hard to lst stumpy plants like that.  But that's how I grow them too.

Personally, and I know there will be a hundred different opinions and mine will be wrong,  but it's my opinion.  I'd top that plant right now.  Thereafter I'd tie down the side shoots to the rim of the fabric pot.  

I'd imagine paper clips would work as anchor points.  Or fish hooks with barb and point clipped off.

 

Or

 

Bend the whole plant super gently and progressively.  Get her going laterally.

Ie one anchor and one tie getting a bit shorter each day till she's bent.

(I wouldn't top if doing this)

Eventually yes but not now.

 

Just my opinion though.

Hi I topped it a few days aha so now I'm looking at it at what's the best way too approach this I don't know if I wanna bend all over or do branches individual I'm swaying individual but I do have plans to do scrog so should I wait Till scrog

Check out my my plant I've now started LST AND Snipped off the leaves that was shadowing the nodes . 2 main nodes at the top after topping have grown ,assivley inlast 2 days . large.IMG_3435.JPG
