@bufli Your Coco looks way too dry, should never be dry like that, will cause issues   water once per day, every day, they love it in coco, very fast growth. don't treat it like soil. fresh nutrients/water/oxygen to roots daily

Grow lights can and do cause serious eye damage. It's similar to age related macular degeneration, caused by the high intensity and close promixity of the lights. why doesn't the sun do this damge too? It does but over an entire fetime. Grow lights are much more damaging. This is thanks to a little something called "The inverse square law" which means the futher away you go from a light the less light reaches you. I.E at billions of miles from the sun it can do no real damage unless built up over a lifetime as opposed to grow lights which at time can be inches away from our faces. Think of when you are working on them. Plenty of the most respected growers on here turn the light off when working for extended periods. I would normally link to my sources but we can't do external links on here! You will have to google I'm afraid.

30g nugget? Anything that was 30g in weight and shrinks to 7g must of been literally soaking wet. My harvests take at least 2 weeks to dry and a few days after that in brown bags before they even see a jar.
