My typical ingredients are:
Berries of any sort
Natural Live Yoghurt (Fat free for me but its all good)
I "Invested" in a glass jarred blender as I don't like plastic ones, I reckon they taint the flavour and they are also harder to clean.
Since we have been drinking them we don't eat now till well gone 2pm (Drink smoothies around 7am-9am depending on weekday or weekend) and we have way more energy and I have lost fucking loads of fat from my waist and back.
They taste shit hot too. I am experimenting with frozen berries to keep cost down and bought some today, I am also picking blackberries where I can and sometimes sticking some fresh mint it.
I can whole heartedly say the £40 I spent on the blender is the best £40 I have spent in a long time. Its well worth a go as a breakfast, you will feel "Clean" and more energetic during the day, honestly you will.
