Nope. Just bought an electric guitar though lol. They seem a lot easier than acoustics imo. I prefer the acoustic though tbh. E2a: I know this thread isn't about electric guitars, just saying like lol

Let's hope you never leave old friend
Like all good things on you we depend
So stick around 'cause we might miss you
When we grow tired of all this visual

Me to, when they're being pushed...each to their own, I spose.  Not saying you're wrong, as there's no right, eh. :)

Avalanches did it better about 18 years ago, to my ear, with 'since I left you' (album) - and there's other examples my stoned brain won't let me get to.

I disagree ( I bought that album and it doesn`t replay well imho) , I think Stienski did it best (check out the album Nothing to Fear, it`s a corker)

Like you said, each to their own. The main reason I like it, apart from the effort involved is it`s a mine field for DJ`s today to sample without getting sued or spending hundreds of thousands on allowing a couple of seconds of their music to be used.

This all started after watching this documentary

With you on the over protections of copyright being cuntish- we agree! :D I'd go further on from music, and say that same protectionist atitude limits human progress across the board.

I'm a huge believer of open source software, too...but I try not to talk about that in most areas of my life cos people get that look on their face; vacant disinterest.

ps. Back to your original post - I like one of his newer ones, on having a quick dig. Catchy. There's nine years between him making that first one you linked and this one. It fuckin shows, man :D

pps.

Remember Jive Bunny, in the late 80's? A fuck load of 50's nostalgia going on then. Like all the house tunes that are coming out now sound 90's...round and round we go :stoned:
