Hi All , Newbie here Been growing outdoors for 20 or so years now. Had a lovely Sensi Shiva Skunk from the mid 90's that finished perfectly every year nice and early, nice buds, big strong plant and always managed to give me a few seeds each year to re grow her. And put enough in the jars for a year. Sadly lost it about 5 years back and haven't really found anything as nice and poky as that since. Was recently given a bag of Durban Poison ( landrace ? i know it's a buzzword right now but they might be something interesting ) seeds from a South African friend, stuff he collected before he came to the UK 9 or so years ago. There are probably a hundred or so 50% white 50% dark. I wanted advise on the best things to do with them. I have no idea if they have been stored carefully or not. How viable they are, whether I should be topping,scrogging, indoors, outdoors. And wondered what the best things to cross them with for UK outdoor growing would be. What sort of flowering time would these exhibit. I see many say they finish nice and early in the UK but also see some 14 week Durbans that definately wouldn't be so good for the UK. Any pointers in the right direction or a thread that could assist me further would be gratefully appreciated. Would it be worth opening a new thread asking for advice ?

Hi all, gotta random question to do with flowering stretch Iv read that sativa dominant plants can stretch 2 or 3 times theyre size from veg height. Im guessing this is for untrained plants & was jUst wondering if a plant (durban poison) that had been topped ,lstd'd & kept under 6 inches for 8weeks veg would only stretch another 12-18 inches?? im abit worried bout changing from MH to dual spec too early incase of craaazy stretch. (now starting week 3 of 12/12 & hardly any stretch yet! 1 inch maybe:) Any reply/info be gr8 thanks Peace n budz
