      I wasn't suggesting it was. It looks like calcium deficiency, and unless the majority of your e.c is PK it won't be a mineral deficiency. Being close to the lights can increase transpiration to excessive levels and cause a calcium problem to occur, as can a fan being blown directly at a plant as this all lowers the ambient humidity of the leaf and surrounding areas which causes over transpiration.
