Leaf edges curling up ! First grow - help please !

Checked my seedlings / plants this morning and was greeted by one curling the edges of it's leaves up . These are on Day 10 (Thats day 1 planting the seed in the soil) - soil temps were a little low - 21 C average canopy is 26 C and they are under LED lights - running at approximately 200W at a distance of around three and a half foot.

These are Auto's , using Mill's light compost, Foundation at 2ml / litre, calmag at 0.5ml/litre.

Help please all advice gratefully received !

many thanks

Not a soil person myself, but I wouldn't worry, those early leaves will fall off as the plant grows. What's more important is the rate of new growth, and if the new sets of leaves look OK you're OK too. For day 10 it looks fme.

You could drop your LED a little... what are they on... 20/4?

Don't over water them either. Wet / dry cycle and all that.

Thanks ...and breathe !

Lights are on 24/0 however on test runs at 2 foot earlier in year I had bleaching and burning so I've fixed them at top of the tent (five foot tent) and vary the power :wallbash:

Maybe turn the lights up? Going to have switch another strip on to provide coverage as new seedling at other end of tent! Will be about 240w then out of 790w.

They are in final pots so I've just been watering a little every day ...top inch is dry moist below as worried if I saturate the 18l pot I may cause root rot at the minute .....

Definitely don't saturate the pot, way too early for that, good spot.  I wouldn't drop your light yet either.  Leaves sometimes twist like that to reduce the amount of light/heat they are receiving.  I don't know what foundation is, hoping its a beni or root stimulant?  You shouldn't need any proper food for a while yet, even in light mix.

Aye intense foundation is a root stimulant ... Contains very low amounts of nutrients. Not expecting to have to feed until around 3 weeks ...maybe later ...

It's a bit of a pain in larger pots but saves upsetting them repotting ... I know what I'm like so would probably really stress them!
