Have a poke around in the strain base or post a question there to see what others advise for pain relief...

When it comes to growing, there are several options though the advice I followed was, start with a simple, hand watered, grow - that hasn't changed, keeping it simple is half the battle.

Medium, there are pros and cons, but the gist is - if you choose to grow in coco, as I do, you have to pay more attention to the plants (they need daily watering and feeding) - a compost grow needs less frequent watering and the compost will contain feed for a few weeks of growth, but you have to get used to wet/dry cycles.

Perhaps most crucial, you need a stable environment for your plants and a good air-filtering system for your safety. Have a think about how much space you have to do a grow and then check out the grow room design board - poke around and post questions there for good feedback!

Good luck mate!
