  1. Daft question but iv just started moving some bigger plants outdoors but how does it work if I’m feeding them in pots an it rains? Will it flush the nutes? Sorry for daft question haha don’t want leave em out an go out for night an it pour down
  2. Im not exactly new but ive also had a long time off. I am completely new to autos though. Basically its important to me to know exactly how long an auto takes from planting to harvesting, and I'm seeing a lot of confusing terms. my question is... How do i know how long autos take, a strain guide might say "flowering 8-9 weeks", or they might say "full life cycle 8-9 weeks" or "blooming stage 55 days" and so on, etc etc etc. I'm confused because they mention flowering or blooming does that mean, for example, a plant might VEG for how ever long, and then, BLOOM for "55 days". How long is veg, How long is bloom with autos, how long is ALL of it? How do i find out how long it takes to PLANT it and HARVEST it? Im sorry if im not making sense, I'm just confused by the difference in terminology I've seen while browsing online.
  3. Thought I would update you all with my progress well I’m waiting for my led lights to finally come but been Using good old sunlight so far ones been two weeks grow the other two days please can you tell me what else needs to be done. 4. Hi, Can anyone tell me what is the best way to test PH levels in water and soil, I think my water from the tap is around 7.5 after doing a little research, I know the ideal PH levels should be around 5.0-6.5. what can I use to test he soil PH levels also, as I am guessing the tap water I have been using increases the PH level in soil also. Is it best to use things like litmus paper you can buy from pharmacy or a electronic reader. If PH levels are to high what is the best way to lower PH levels to an acceptable standard. and will PH levels of 7.55 do harm to the plants if I carry on. I am growing outdoors in 11l pots in plant magic supreme soil. hoping that rain water, when it rains lowers PH levels in the soil from the tap water. I am currently feeding plant magic soil grow, mixed in tap water.1.7ml/0.75L recommendation is 2ml-4ml/1L Once per week, I am noticing slight leaf curl also and tips of leaves yellowing. Might be due to nute lock as PH levels to high or nitrogen toxicity. Please help

  7. Hi, so thanks for the help, I’m loving it so far have 2 NL AUTO’s royal queen seeds.. one plant is 4 weeks old and one is 2 weeks, staggered due to only one seed germinating originally so used a third seed.. so basically guys this is my first grow, when I started I was pretty certain that with autos it would be simple with no need to restrict light at the flowering stage and I would have seed-harvest in 9-10 weeks ish.. but since Iv been reading a lot of conflicting info as to times, some people claiming there auto’s have waited to October to flower ? just wanting a bit of clarity really on what to expect in terms of timing and yield. I know it’s all obviously dependant but il list as much specs about My grow as possible - -Northern lights auto flower royal queen seeds -11ltr fabric grow bag -biobiz all mix soil -6.5ph distilled water -quarter measurement of tomato feed (older plant) -sw England in a greenhouse with DIRECT sun about 8 hours per day thank you!! Joe
  8. Hi all just wondering, what are safe night time temperatures outdoors, if the plants are still young and in 11l pots, in the UK. what temperatures should you consider bring them inside, and what temperatures are ok to leave them outside. I live close to Cambridge in a town, warmer than coastal areas. Many thanks
  9. Hey everyone and thank you for the warm welcome I recently got some some seeds and germinated one which was barney auto blue cheese did the glass of water technique and then put it on a damp paper towel and left for few hours then boom we had life... I brought some perlite, all purpose compost and vermiculite and 2 5/10 litre fabric pot... after two days of potting in the final pot and covering with a plastic bottle I think I killed my baby so I transferred it to a smaller pot/cup and brought it back inside for recovery. Please help and tell if she’s really dead or can she be revived.

Need help. Planning a guerilla grow this year but have nowhere to dry my bud if all is successful. I like to plan ahead and not leave myself stuck so has anyone any experience outdoor drying or any ideas I can do it not in my home it would be a great help.
  11. Planted 1st May in biopots after an overnight soak in tap water. Sprouted 3rd May. Once established they will be going into multi purpose compost. Indoors/outdoors combo for now, will be moving outdoors when vegging.
  12. So, all my players have arrived for the season. We got, and in no particular order RGSC DFG. First time with this strain Lemonade Freeze. (sadly missed the boat in my go to lemonade OG this year, a winner strain on all angles for me) I’m assured this mo fo is next best or maybe even next level Fast Diesel. Did the biz last year, chunky fruity buds in the blink of an eye GG#3. Being a complete dumbass, I didn’t notice that these were regs till I got them home. As I keep plot visits to an absolute minimum it’s gonna be a bit arse twitchy keeping an eye on these, any tips for spotting early boys much appreciated. Fire 99. Got a couple these left from last year, gonna drop one super stealth, and claim the prize for most Pisstake growspot 2020 Alfemco. Mighty wonder fuck, been ogling these for ages, can’t wait to try them Brock-1. Short hazy days x blackberry gum ive no idea how these will turn out, in a gg sitch, subbed to the site cos it’s about time I put something back in, chose these, watch this space. Sweet seeds. Creme caramel fv, a season saving jar filler last year, smooth mellow high, lovely stuff, good mould res. Killer kush fv, Fruity, smash ya up stuff, also v good mould res. Reserves bench. Affie daze, a heavy hitting smoke, don’t have room this year really, these can get v fat. Easy sat x skunk #1. Still not tried these out. Some random bag seed from a fruity, orangy can’t talk let alone move shit I got gifted So, many beans only so many holes. Gonna have to whittle down to what goes where but looking around room for 18 plus 3 I always gift to a mate who does a balcony grow. Best get some j cloths ready Best of luck Guerillas. Peace
  13. Sweeet fellas first time gorilla grow! have some purple maroc, DFG and cream Carmel F1 from RGS really want to do the best job that I can do, should I Plant straight into slightly sandy soft soil or make my own? What should I feed the plants and how many times?
  14. Ok, here we go ... First up, 3 lovely autos from Dutch Passion ... now 61 days old with between 3 and 5 weeks to go I'd say: Watered 28th March, sprouted on 2nd April and lovingly potted into 30 litre buckets on 30th April, taking up permanent residence in the greenhouse. All three were painstakingly moved in and out of the greenhouse and into my warm flat every time the fucking weather turned frosty ... which was a LOT this year in April which is why I held off planting them straight into the big buckets ... impossible to carry in and out all the time. Here's a view from the top - Think Big: AutoMazar: Daiquiri Lime: As far as I'm aware, cannabis plants are one of the only species to do this .... if you look down, you can't see the soil or the bucket at all ... phenomenal use of light-using space I'd say! (Correct me if I'm wrong on this btw!). Now, all three were given the same sized buckets, the same substrate, the same nutrients and they all got the same amount of light. So, (top picture), the AutoMazar (middle) and the Daiquiri Lime (right) have both grown to their manufacturer's suggested height of 70-80 cm, whereas the Think Big (left) has only grown to a THIRD of the manufacturer's suggested height of 150cm ... ??? Is this a good example of how different strains can perform well in any conditions, as opposed to some that can't? If anyone from DP is reading this, I'd be grateful for some illumination on this ... I'll be growing all three again later in the season, so I'll compare the stats between the 2 grows ... Now onto my AutoBlueberry Diesel from Advanced Seeds ... Watered 28th March, sprouted on 5th April and lovingly potted into a 30 litre bucket on 30th April, taking up permanent residence in the greenhouse. From the top: I'd say she's also got another 3 weeks to go ... I can hardly wait! For all four plants, I've used this potting compost from Lidl ... £1.29 a bag, and it's the best I've used yet! It's very 'airy' which allows for excellent drainage and helps avoid root-drowning from some more 'boggy' types of growing medium, plus it's a perfect Ph 7: And I found these in Poundland !!!: Yup, £3 for all the nutrients you need ... Definitely not the best on the market I'm sure, but unless you've got a high-tech hydroponic system, expensive nutrients are a waste of money in my opinion when growing in soil ... these really only act as a 'top-up' and I probably only get to use one dose of each, as Autos tend to start flowering almost immediately from birth! Of course, the best nutrients you can get are actually FREE ... if you diligently prepare a proper home-made organic compost heap, stew it for a few years ... you've got the best a girl can get! Next post, I'll show you how well my Auto Super Lemon Haze is doing in my home-made compost ... she's only 5 weeks old and already starting to overtake all the others !! Bud Wiser
  15. Just thought I’d create this to find out what soil mix you guys use for outdoor growing. Last year I ran biobizz all mix which didn’t seem to be working fine then my spot got compromised. Good luck in 2020 gorillas ✌️✌️
  16. New to gorilla growing and have a growing scenario I'd like to sound out and hopefully get some advise on. 52' N. A reed bed which is the last in a sequence of 6 lagoons each filtering cattle shit with the run off flowing in to the next but has been lying dormant for 10 years now as concrete tanks are preferred for European regulation and is now overgrown with limited access in a it never existed style. Facing South. Currently a covering of reeds along with nettles scutch and a variety of native grasses on the surface of the lagoon. My plan is to clear an area of the surface and grow in tyres with a small amount of light soil on the surface. I have read that the canna indica plant thrives growing on filtration reed beds and am hoping that an autoflowering indica cannabis would too. Again am a noob so open to all or any advise. Is planting in a tyre with soil necessary? Is an autoflower the right call?
  17. Well it will soon be in a few months time to plant our seeds. This time I shall wait till end of May beginning of June to start my Autoflowering seeds, as I realise the auto's aren't photoperiod sensitive. seeds. last year I grew gorilla glue 4 and star dawg, didn't do to well, I was told it is a weak breed and more suited to growing in doors. This year I want to grow some auto's that do well in the outdoor UK climate in pots. please also keep in mind we may also have another hot summer with temps in excess of 35c-40c I am looking for something that will give me a good buzz and relax my body, being in a wheelchair I get a lot of spasms so I need something that will relax my muscles, but also make me feel very relaxed. so good THC levels. Please can people tell me what is good to grow, on a latitude 52 in the UK, give me a good yield even though they are auto's. Good in a vaporizer and give the feeling I am looking for. Also good online sites to get my seeds from, preferably from uk sites. Many thanks to all.
  18. Hey everyone I am a bit late with uploading but a mate told my about this community and that I need to post my outdoor for some tips and tricks sorry I only got no foto
  19. Good afternoon all! i am new to UK420 and new to the whole growing scene. I have wanted to get a grow on the go for years but have been waiting to buy a place. Well that time is coming very soon. i have done so much reading over the last week on here and have learnt a lot just from reading. what I would like to know is what sort of equipment, specialty soils, additives, gadgets id need to get it all done from start to finish. i have been looking at getting an 8x6 polycarbonate greenhouse as a starting point...
  20. Hi guys, I planted an outdoor very late on, 4 weeks ago. Due to the terrible weather plant stunted for weeks so I bought a tomatoe tent. There's roughly around 6 week of veg left before it starts to flower. Could I expect anything decent from this or will it stay a dwarf. Its an alien gorilla planted in batmix and has had 2 feedings of 2ml per ltr of biobizz grow and it has shot up over the past week.
  21. Hey, Following taking on an allotment plot, growing my own fruit and vegetables and the passion for seeing things grow, I thought I would try my hand and start growing my own weed too. I live in the SE UK and the wether is usually a few degrees (c) warmer than other areas. I started 4 seedlings of “Early Bud non-feminised seeds”, knowing they were mould resistant and better for cooler climates. in March, using regular seed compost, I started the seeds on the ledge of a south facing window (only natural sunlight). 2 died and the surviving 2 went in to veg. They grew nicely and at a fast rate After a month of vegging, and the chance of frost gone, I slowly transferred them outside, in to larger pots in my well secluded garden. It was at this point I realised that they would just keep growing until the natural light turned to 12/12 around September time and it was only April . At around 10 weeks I identified both as fem and they grew and grew through the early summer months. In July my partner started freaking out, as they were 5.5ft tall, wide and already stinky if you got close At the beginning of August, I got permission to put them both in a poly tunnel on a local farm, until harvest and drying had been completed, in exchange for some of the produce (pic1) There was a huge raised bed that I dug 2x5ft trenches, filled up with canna terra and hoped for the best. They flourished over the coming weeks and the largest is 2.2m tall, 1.6m wide, with 25 growth branch’s. The second is 2.2m tall, 1.6m wide, with only 14 growth branches (pic2) They’ve started to flower, I think about week 2/3 (pic3), and although i feel I’ve done pretty well to get where I am, I’m struggling to find much info about my current growing scenario...few questions I could do with some help on: is the flowering period longer for plants flipped by natural sunlight vs what it says for synthetically flipped plants? Is there a correlation between bigger plants and bigger harvest? Do they look ok/on track? Anyone tried the “Early Bud” strain before? Any tips guidance or feedback? Any idea on the harvest amount - I appreciate there are lots of factors, so maybe a range? Cheers in advance for your help
