Don't mind me I'm just siphoning holy water from the font, never know when I might need some divine intervention :)

Root shots are cracking, best of luck with the rest of your grow.

Sabbath on the Sabbath

large.20200209_122857_copy_1380x1209.jpg

Greetings Brothers and Sisters, here we are at Day 23 and the light is running at 130w still 24 hours a day (why not when the wattage is so low!?) the plants are rooting out the 5" pots nicely and have produced their 5/6th nodes so I thought I would shape them for the final pot up this week by removing growth from the bottom 3 nodes and topping, leaving 2 nodes to produce 4 branches.

Some individual shots this update, I have also numbered each plant as they are all individuals and would like to track their form and growth separately throughout the diary.

large.20200209_122119_copy_1612x1209.jpg

Sweet Amnesia Haze #1 - This one and #4 have similar node spacing, leaf shape and branching. #1 was the most resistant to all the upsets, she took it all in her stride and has kept fantastic form.

large.20200209_122030_copy_1612x1209.jpg

Sweet Amnesia Haze #2 - This girls first set of true leaves are still curly from the light intensity but the rest of the plant has grown on, #2 and #3 node spacing much tighter.

large.20200209_121950_copy_1612x1209.jpg

Sweet Amnesia Haze #3 - The most squat of all the Sweet Amnesia Haze.

large.20200209_122156_copy_1612x1209.jpg

Sweet Amnesia Haze #4 - The last of the Sweet Amnesia Haze, like #1 has this great vigour and node spacing, the branching comes through at a great angle that looks like it should support some nice sidebranches.

On to the San Fernando Lemon Kush...

large.20200209_121814_copy_1612x1209.jpg

San Fernando Lemon Kush #1 - Great node spacing.

large.20200209_121711_copy_1612x1209.jpg

San Fernando Lemon Kush #2 - On the small side this one, we won't hold it against her though.

large.20200209_121607_copy_1612x1209.jpg

San Fernando Lemon Kush #3

large.20200209_121922_copy_1612x1209.jpg

San Fernando Lemon Kush #4 - Similar leaf shape/size and overall structure as the Sweet Amnesia Haze #1 and #4

large.20200209_121844_copy_1612x1209.jpg

San Fernando Lemon Kush #5

Potting up will commence once I see growth resuming from the branches.

One last shot for the update of the Chamber looking Sweet.

Tidy space mate and the plants look like they're loving them cobs...ATB mate.

Thank you Brother, once you get the light dialled in then that's it they really do love it, the first time I introduced them in late veg from a HPS the growth was outstanding much quicker much healthier

250w HPS plants long node spacing very bare looking canopy before LED system installation

Such an unsullied chamber you have there - most pure, Good Shepherd, most pure!

Your subjects are recovering sweetly.

Amen!

@SYZYGY perks of a good clean out and painting! let's see how long it stays that way. Other than a quick wipe down and check everything is safe electrical-wise im hoping now that the chamber is going to be less maintenance now it's finished and I can concentrate solely on the growing. :yep:

Thanks for looking in. :)

:yep:

It's well worth the extra time planning and setting-up a space that's easy to maintain and keep clean. I think most of us learn that one the hard way.

Agreed, when I was learning to grow initially and I ran the HPS I was constantly having to make adjustments to intakes and my environment was just a general challenge to keep on top of, when the LED went in it was like the last piece of the jigsaw and everything was perfect so I was able to finish up the outside of the Chamber and get everything painted and looking finished.

It looked like a WIP for so long it was nice to be able to finish it off and get it looking Sweet for the competition! :yahoo:

Hail Brothers and Sisters, quick midweek update from the Messiah, I checked the girls yesterday and they looked ready for a pot up so I got the flexi tubs out and chucked roughly 16 litres of compost in each tub and added 150ml of charge to each.

large.20200211_110118_copy_982x1435.jpg

It's easier for the Messiah to turn two smaller amounts over to ensure the charge is well mixed and then dump one tub in the other.

large.20200211_100200_copy_756x1008.jpg

Not quite as dark looking as @InTheSystem's rich no till compost but the mix is one that i've settled on and the quality is consistent, the plants love it and I hope the addition of the charge means they'll love it even more and I can hold off the bottles that bit longer! I am looking into top dressing but that is not going to be something I'm going to try during this grow.

So today's theme is Roots, I've dropped the first picture in the photo of the month competition as I quite liked how it looked, shakey hands lately so a lot of my shots end up getting deleted it was nice to see this one.

Group shot of the girls coming in a few days for the Merchandise comp. :yep:
