ratdog
saw this last night after quite a busy day at the fair and it was soooo heavy. From it's great opening scene to the last frame it was a tense and very claustrophobic experience. It was such a simple idea, one guy, trapped in a coffin for 100 minutes and err, that's it! Not for everyone I guess but one of the best original films I have seen this year, a worthy 8/10 very claustrophobic Really? Edited October 11, 2010 by ratdog

Head Gardener
oh and remember it is all filmed in the coffin, starts in a coffin, ends in a coffin so yeah, claustrophics need not bother with this one

yamazuki
I saw a fillum on the telly the other night called 'Hush'. It's a british film about kidnapping women for sex slaves, pretty freaky, a guy's girlfriend goes missing from a petrol service station in a mysterious truck and he has to stay on it's heels at all costs, will he save his girl (who he finds out something bad about 1/2 way through) or will the bad dudes have their evil way. Well worth a watch and if you're british it is even better as it seems more real being made here. British films always freak me as we can relate to it more easily than something filmed in another country. Not the most cheery of films, but I do like a bit of grit every now and again, but never ever in my buds

Guest podgy
Dolan's Cadilac. It's an adaptation of one of stephen kings short stories, and I thought it was great for a gritty revenge is a dish best served cold type of flick. outta 10 I'd give it 7.5 stars. I've read that story. Is it a new film? Where did you see that mate? I got it off netflix... you can stream it or order it.. It has Christian Slater in it as the bad guy, and the good guy is someone I've seen a few times, but can't remember his name... E2A: IMHO of King's work I'd say it's a full notch above most of the other things Hollywierd has put into film.
