Cool thanks guys. I bought a book today and it’s got pages on ‘improving the soil by digging’ so I’ll start there and see if it has any relevance  I will dig I think. Started doing 50 hours a week in a new job almost 10 miles in the other direction from my plot so I might change my RGSC plans to a location on the way as I’ll be making that journey regularly.  I can use the mountain plot that is 6 miles in the other direction for some other beans I won’t pay so close attention too..    x6 OPG x Fuckard & x6 OPG Zoap are in soil and on the window sill. I might move them to the top of the shed when they pop above soil      New bong. Smokes really smooth .    will update when something exciting happens     oh yeah.. I germinated placing seeds directly in soil and propagate them on a warm south facing windowsill .. no glass of water or paper towels first. Nearly left that but out

Hi  For my second grow I want to upgrade my extraction to smaller / quieter set up, if it will still work with environment and smell. 
   I currently have the below, growing in Wilma 4 pot in coco, autoflower plants.
 At seedling stage now under a 250cfl.    80x80x180cm grow tent 315 CMH light with full spectrum 315 bulb CFL 250W light (mix spectrum) rhino 6 inch twin speed fan (390/760 m3/hr) Rhino 6 inch charcoal filter   Last grow was good but fan was very loud and an issue with guests etc. I only have  a very small space to work with, hence the small tent. The fan had to be positioned outside the tent also.   Working on fan needed I worked out tent volume and researched and looking at the below: 0.8x0.8x1.8=1.52m3 so in feet is  2.62x2.62x5.9=40.5 cubic feet so I need 40.5CFM fan minimum - as listed on the AC infinity website I then need to add component factors, as below: carbon filter - 60% 1 bend in ducting at 90degrees - 60% (as I have exit on the roof of my tent) CML light - 50% So total CFL required is  40.5 (cubic feet tent) x 1.6 x 1.6 x1.5 = 155CFM   I'm therefore looking at the below fans:   AC Infinity Cloudline A4 Lite EC Fan 4 Inch - 165CFM - 29dba AC Infinity Cloudline S4 EC Fan 4 Inch - 205CFM - 28dba AC Infinity Cloudline Pro T4, Quiet, 4 inch With Temperature Humidity Vpd Controller- 205CFM - 29dba Not sure why the lite fab is louder.......   My thought is that the 165CFM is too close to the CFM required and I'm better to go for the 205CFM?   Can anyone advise please?  Or any feedback on using these fans please?   They sell them as a kit with carbon filter 4inch and as I couldn't fit my rhino fan in my tent I think this will all fit inside also, which is a bonus. Whether I get the full humidity kit / smart controller I'm not sure......   Thanks for any help / advice, all much appreciated!
