The first place i normally visit when i get to the dam in central cafe just because its normally the first one i pass when i get off the train.

My fav first spot of the day is Basjoes. An awsome place with great coffee and freshly pressed OJ, not to mention decent priced weed and a big selection of hash.

When I get to Schiphol the first thing I do is head to Den Haag for decent weed ! In general, nicer coffeeshops. Same distance also .

Can't see how the cafe's are going to survive I hear locals don't use them it's 90% tourists seems like alot of people will be out of business.

Looking forward to squeezing in one more trip before the change on legislation - will probably be there the last week of 2012.

Then I'll need to figure out how to convince the shops that I'm a local...

For me best place for quality smoke is grey area, amazing stuff. I find a lot of coffee shops sell from certain seed banks but grey are are the equivillant of a free house, if it's good they sell it.

If I want to chill its soft temple for me with a spiff of chocolope .

First stop for me is Picasso's right at the start of harlemmerstraat. Whent there last year and got the best 5g deal I've found in the dam yet. Then Greenhouse, Dampkring, Barnies and down to the Gray Area.

Once stocked up it's on to Abraxis to chill and sample all my goods.

Day two is for all the shops that are further out the centre. Day three out to Harlem to good old Willi Wortals. Mmm nice.

Booked my flights and acomadation for the 6th to 9th Of November for one last haragh. Will be doin my best to ensure there is nothing left for the canna cup haha.

Cheers tico.

My first one will be the Bluebird, its the first coffeeshop I went to on my honeymoon and has a very large menu! Also they have no problems showing you what they got on offer.

Try the Iggy Pot, you wont be disappointed

I like going to Haarlemmerstradt first. I like to look at some coffeeshops first before going in. For example, I have a soft spot for the Double Rasta Baby coffeeshop but I don't like to get gear there. But I like to pass it. I wonder if waiting a bit increases the pleasure. Sort of how long do you wait before having a toke? I heard of people who have a nap first, say if they flew 10+ hours.

So many questions on this lovely topic.
