RUFUS HOUND
Ive been busy topping each branch and LST'ing them, to open them right up. No.2 has had a right growth spurt, might have to take a few cuttings of this one a few before and after pics
RUFUS HOUND
Im going to flip to 12/12 in the coming week, so Im going to start warming up the flower tent with the new 135W tube heater. Im considering running without the heated sand bed this time, as with using coco, I need to have space for collecting the runoff underneath. as long as I keep the air temps from falling under 24C at lower pot level, it shouldn't need any root zone heating - well thats the theory , we will see what happens - I can always wrap the heating cable round the pots at a push.

RUFUS HOUND
cheers mate, all mine seem a little squat as well They are drinking alot more in the big tent, what with more light and air circ, currently on 1L every 2 days but going a bit too dry for my liking, so going to start watering daily. feed = 2ml A +2ml B +2ml epsom per litre = EC 1800 Ive set the light height up, to give a ppfd 400 for a few days, then will ramp it up to 800
Yosser Hughes
Rufus bach tbh this grow is fuking slower than a sloth, tbh potting up canna any shape or form just hinders plant growth who ever told u to pot up in incremental are talking shite My advice is to plant a seed or rooted clone into the final pot of whatever medium you are using wether it's mud or coco or soiless mix, heres a quick look at my dope I used to grow they would go into 11 litre pots from the off, this way the plants flourish and don't lag behind potting up from a used medium into fresh medium I pot them into finals and give them 20 days veg period then flip the fuckas Here Day1 pot up rooted clone ! 20 days later ! Halway through flowering And so on hope ewe get my drift bach 1

MindSoup
His methods might go against the grain but there's no denying @thekingofobsoletes results. Full respect to ot1 but at the same time look at autos, always seem to grow better planted in finals, as long as the grower waters them correctly. Also no till, the whole idea behind it is not to fully root the bed and yet with correct irrigation the plants grow like rockets. Cursed
@MindSoup not saying he can’t grow, just pointing out that OT1 was a proponent of incremental potting up and that he clearly isn’t talking shite. Quite the opposite, his advice is backed up by more experience and experimentation. I’d take his advice, personally, that you’re more likely to experience issues if you don’t pot up incrementally. But each to their own.
KC
Not just OT1, it's a standard practice in normal gardening afaik. I don't actually do normal gardening mind It's whatever works for the individual. I don't think saying someone is talking shiite for potting up is really fair, I certainly find it helps for myself (in compost)

The leaves turn upwards from a lazy stoned grower that couldn't be added with PH the odd day btw I didn't dump pics I was merely showing the op what can or should be achieved now p!ease excuse me I've got life to contend with. RUFUS HOUND
@thekingofobsolete cant knock your plants bud, monsters - I might do a run in finals, just to see if it makes a much of a difference. My main aim on this first run in coco, was not killing them. So Ive not been pushing the feed or the light. oh and totally agree, growth is very fucking slow but its starting to pick up a bit - lets not forget there only in 7L pots so there not going to be "big"
