Quick team pic Peyote flowers..... However it was always 50/50 whether this is actually peyote or tropicana banana. Found a grow diary elsewhere for the banana that looked a bit like this but the flowers seem more reminiscent of peyote.... I'm pretty certain the double sprouter has rooted out and started to throttle itself over the last 48 hours. Compared to the gelonade that went in at the same time it has fallen off a cliff. I've taken the decision to hack the shit out of it and remove the less developed (and more throttled) of the 2..... In the words of the great philosopher Ivan Drago "IF SHE DIES, SHE DIES" Other than that, the shit show continueth at a pace...... Here she is the poorly little soldier Gelonade is chugging along nicely now Peyote ish has been a dream to grow so far... Ramses is really taking off... The hempy thing didn't work... The gravel I used in the res didn't react when the roots hit it. Shame really as she was pretty. A bit of a larf as much as owt. And frankly I've got 10lb of shit in a 5lb bag as it is.... On the plus side..... Gelonade has many flower sites for such a little lady... Peyote/banana is fattening up nicely... Monster mass seems to have momentarily survived the rather unceremonious butchering of her siamese twin.... Ramses has some yellowing on lower leaves but seems OK.... Despite the freezing temps, a strategically placed heater is keeping the drobe warm and helping keep the rh down. Everything in there is now on vitalink buddy. The 12/12 from seed has obviously affected height etc. But it's kept the electric bill under control and I'm pleasantly surprised as to how its going so far..... Team photo Monster mass.... My insistence on keeping both sprouts alive has fucked her right up. I was warned but hey ho. She's surviving but I suspect if I had dealt with it a lot earlier she would've been lovely.... Gelonade.... She's been an absolute dream to grow.... Had to do plenty of defoliation to keep the canopy under control..... Starting to smell a bit now and lots of little bud sites Peyote ish (I'm convinced it's the banana now) stinks quite a bit now..... Lots of citrus which makes me lean towards the banana...... Gorgeous little lady, drinks like a fish Ramses.... The sativa is strong in this one.... Methinks she will be testing my vertical capacity.... Finally Gloria wedding glue noodle..... She just stalled growth wise, and looked pretty miserable. This at least opens up some room for the others to grow into.... Some quick night shots. (apologies about it being done on a potato) Banana ish (I'm convinced now, looks sod all like peyote and a lot like the banana) is looking dutty and has got a lovely stank. Not sure how long left on her. Been out the ground since beginning of September so probably day 90 ish.... Things are a lot easier (and less tetris ish) now that the sickly monster mass has gone. A bean I gave to a friend has rocketed so I look forward to running it again. Albeit with a bit more experience under my belt.... Temps are OK considering the ambient environment. Rh is fine. They're all drinking plenty and none look like they're about to keel over.... Managed to sneak them into the house last night for a trim and a good rummage around. Needless to say the wife went apoplectic within about 3 minutes as I'd stank the house out.... Team pic.... Gelonade has some browning on the upper leaves.... Banana ish has gone mental.... Thinking maybe another feed or 2 then flush?? Any input welcome. Day 95 from seed, maybe 10 week flower.... Gelonade.... Starting to Frost and fill up but here's the brown bits.... Any ideas? Ramses.... Still lanky but she should get a clear run at the end..... I know I'm only growing in 0.4m² and on 12/12 but they seem happy enough, considering my northern approach to budgeting and fiscal control... MindSoup Posted December 5, 2021 Share Posted December 5, 2021 It's amazing what can be achieved in a small space on a tight budget, quality over quantity every day of the week. I think you learn better starting off small and basic, anyone can throw a shit load of money at something, but it takes real understanding to make the most of the investment. I'm crap at diagnosing problems, there's just too many things to take into consideration. Could be a number of things, maybe stick some pictures in the sick plants section. The Banana is definitely getting pretty close, have you got a loupe or a clip on lens to check the trichs? I don't flush because I'm fully organic, but tbh there's debate about whether its necessary in any situation, so I'd say have a look into that and make your own mind up. It is hard to really know what week they're on when you 12/12 from seed isn't it , what point did you start counting from ? 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
