Correct me if I'm wrong dude.

hey serp, so you get the water from the tap, do you leave it to get to room temperature before watering or do you just go from tap straight to the plants? Thanks.

I let it stand, usually have 2 or 3 five litre bottles I rotate, when one is empty, fill it and use one that's been standing

Cheers blazer :yep: and yeah I think you've been smoking too much as I think it's just the texture of the leaf, they do look like crystals though :hippy:

.:| Day #12 – 24 Hour Lights |:.

It’s now Tues 31st January 2012 which is Day 12.

Time for another update, all’s going pretty well as we approach potting up time, ideally I’d liked to have done them around now, but as my current crop is drying in the tent, they’ll have to stay in the microbox a little bit longer.

Plants overall are looking pretty healthy, they’re all at their 4th node with the exception of MR#2 which is at her 2nd. That said, SS#1 & SS#2 have a few rust spots on a couple of their leaves, I think the soil has been a touch too hot for them, or with their growth spurts they got a little too close to the light, I’m not too worried about it as new growth is looking good, and I had a similar thing happen in my last grow, but it didn’t do them much, if any, harm.

MR #2 is also steadily growing, along with a foreign body in the soil which has now been removed - see photos! She got off to a slow start and isn’t growing the quickest out of the bunch as for her age she seems a touch behind where the others were, but she’s holding on in there and may just surprise us :D

Feed wise is still on just tap water which has been allowed to stand, but is being poured into all plants now until there is a small amount of run off which is usually daily. Temp wise it hasn’t been too bad hovering around 24-26c, although humidity is a touch low between 34-38%.

I think that’s everything so here’s the summary…

.:| Environment |:.

  • Max Temp: 26c
  • Min Temp: 24c
  • Max Humidity: 38%
  • Min Humidity: 34%
  • Distance of Light From Plants: Approx 6-10cm

.:| Feeding |:.

  • Nutes: None
  • Beneficials: None
  • Volume Of Feed: Gently poured until run off - around 100-200ml
  • Frequency Of Feed: Once a day

.:| Plant Heights From Top Of Pot |:.

  • Sweet Special Auto #1: 8cm // 1.5cm growth in 3 days
  • Sweet Special Auto #2: 6cm // 1cm growth in 3 days
  • Mohan Ram Auto #1: 5.5 // 2cm growth in 3 days
  • Mohan Ram Auto #2: 3cm // 1cm growth in 3 days
  • + Speed Auto: 6cm // 1.5cm growth in 3 days

.:| Width (Leaf Span) Of Plant |:.

  • Sweet Special Auto #1: 15.5cm
  • Sweet Special Auto #2: 15cm
  • Mohan Ram Auto #1: 14cm
  • Mohan Ram Auto #2: 8cm
  • + Speed Auto: 14.5cm

Now here’s some pics from earlier today…
