The tub comes with a scoop , use 1 scoop to 5ltrs of water mate You can feed 2 to 3 times a week depending on what your seeing and how the plants behaving. Seen no adverse effects Seems to work well enough for myself and pthers on here , seen it used indoor / outdoors to good effect.
