Hello guys, have decided to do a diary this season for the first time. All plots are in there second season this year, started prepping about a month ago, turning over the ground, digging a few new holes, mixing in a combo of sand/perlite/vermiculite/natural soil. Iv'e also thrown down a load of chicken pellets, fbb and bone meal. I've got water butts at each plot for collecting rain, just need to set up the tarps above for catchment. I'm 100% outside so am starting seedlings off in growboxs setup on site, here's a list of strains i'm running this yr;

- DFG

- Mighty Gold

- OFG Freezeland

- Affiedaze

- DFG BX1

- Purple Freeze BX1

- Serious 6

- Creme Caramel

- NL2xchemxOPG

-Super #61

- Fast Lemon Drizzle

RGSC tester strains;

-Brainfreeze

-Gorilla Dawg

Noob alert! I looked in the 420 dictionary but there's no entry for fbb - what's fbb?

That's a serious list of strains @Rennie_99 - I feel quite inadequate :med:

Sunken soil bags and cages ready. Holes dug and mulched.

Last years dug up lumps of clay, now dried and raked into a nice crumbly soil and added to the mix along with perlite/vermiculite.

Transferred a number of the plants from the growbox to the ground, with slug protector and cloche. The one below is a mighty gold.

Very nice indeed, what a plot!

I'm interested in your grow boxes, I've always used mesh to stop slugs sliming their way in through the air holes as one slug, if it gets in, will probably wipe them all out. I assume you did the same grow box method last season and you not get any slug problems? How do you combat it?

All boxed up and ready to go in the morning :)

@Topdeck Pram mozi net... if you look closely you can see there's four posts on each corner which raise about 10cm above the box which supports the net. Seems to stop most things getting in.
