She's small but she stinks of strawberry candyfloss.Massive thanks to @Amarillo slim for letting me test out this strain. At least i have one plant left after the flood and i'm grateful for that. I'll pop in from time to and check out how the last remaining plant is holding out. Ah, glad to see you at least got one surviver! And by the looks and sounds of it, a very desirable one at that. Thanks for the diary mate, its been a bit of a rollercoaster from drought to under water conditions yet one plant lives on, and I just know those flowers will fatten up into some nice indoor like nugs for you... cheers

Joking of course... Although she must have some kind of Gore-tex properties to have survived what she did... Phenotype is very close to her mother, so I expect she will indeed finish up quick, although with the mold resistance on these, there is no rush to take them in at the first sight of brown psitles etc, I reckon she still has some swelling to do yet, and the low side branch looks seems a week behind the top (which isn't usual with these). So if your chopping all in a oner, might be best for yield to leave till that branch has also fattened somewhat. Thanks for the update. Cheers
ocb
@Tommy tucker Lookin good mate, I've got one that looks genetically very similar to this. Really hoping we get a chance to let these properly swell up. Nothin quite like a swollen outdoor bud! Peace

Tommy tucker
Hello growers I think i'm a month behind on all my diary's . A few weeks ago i popped back to check my MWF. I was expecting abit of rot because i left her over the weekend were it just rained and rained and i was to busy to harvest her. Unfortunately i was right and i lost one of the main collars to rott. On the visit she got chopped .The bud itself was a little over cooked but sticky and smelly and generally amazing. I even found some seeds in her. These will be the S2 foe next year. can't wait. MWF has been the strain of 2020. Well done @Amarillo slim for creating this beast. I'm leaning more towards the semi auto strain now because of the shit weather we have here in the UK. I was advised to germinate the seeds in may rather then April and now really glad i ignored the advice. As i have another larger site to chop down i was glad to see this one plant was finished in time . I'll add some dried bud shots up soon.
murzyn
My mold has already absorbed 6 large plants, now I have to visit the spot every week so as not to lose a lot of crops.
Tommy tucker
@Amarillo slimHi mate . Don't worry i haven't forgotten about you . Apologies to all the people who think i'm slack with the smoke report but I'm not prepared to write up a report until the buds have had a decent cure as its not worth it . I'm to old to smoke it that way . My last surviving MWF has had a a months cure so that's better then nothing. The buds are small and light after i picked out a few seeds . ( no problem) S2's for next year. The trichomes were all well formed with 30% of the heads amber, 70% milky . Maybe i pushed them abit to far and i should have harvested them a week earlier ? The sweet strawberry candy smell has morphed into a completely different nutty / citrus taste which was a surprise . Again these bud could still cure for longer as i personally think more flavours are around the corner . Nice smoke gentle high. Nothing racy but generally enjoyable. If you've like this diary or not ? and you like the sound of MWF . Go to the seeds store in UK420 and buy yourself a packet ( I did and I'll probably buy another) support UK based home grown seed banks like Alfemco.

Looking good pal, I grew a MWF last year and managed only 2oz I did pot her up. This year I have 2 seeds left one in a pot and the other in the ground. Can I ask why you fed her please??
OldFord
The MWF will be run in the garden this year I have 2 beans to play with , may run 1 and save 1 for later. I had a single plant that was slug eaten to a bare stem ... twice !! She still bounced back and delivered some rather nice goods Will be fed on Intense nutes,

Osmcote and a dusting of myhorize on the roots. That did it for the whole season. Edited February 24, 2022 by Tommy tucker

Perfect thanks @Tommy tucker I found it a really easy plant to grow and as we didn’t have to much sun last year she did fairly well and the smoke was tasty. What plans do you have for this year if you don’t mind me asking?
