delagdo
Great to see you here @tokenroll. I hope you do have a go at a timelapse, since you hinted at it in the competition preview thread. I am looking forward to an update and seeing your babies soon Interesting that you use rainwater - is your tapwater too hard? Or is it for some other reason?

tokenroll
A little slow on the updates but better late than never, below is all the stock images and details on the strains im growing for this competition and this diary. Sweet Seeds - Do-Sweet-Dos This strain was developed from selected female elite clones of Do-Si-Dos. Do-Si-Dos [OGKB (Girl Scout Cookies x Unknown Strain) x Face-Off OG BX1] is one of the most relaxing and delicious hybrids from the Cookies family. The Face-Off OG genetic that intervenes in the original cross contributes with mainly indica tendency to the resulting hybrid. The global qualities of the plant, such as aroma, taste, resin production and size of calyxes are reminiscent of its ancestor Girl Scout Cookies. The aroma of Do-Sweet-Dos® (SWS80) is sweet with earthy hints, along with spicy, citrus and floral tones. The effect is gentle, relaxing and powerful at the same time. This strain is highly appreciated in medical cannabis dispensaries in California and it is used to reduce pain, migraines, anxiety, insomnia, etc. Data Sheet Variety SWS80 Indica/ Sativa: 65%/35% THC: 17-24% · CBD: 0,1% Indoor Yield: 450-550 g/m2 Outdoor Yield: 350-500 g/plant Indoor Blooming: 9-10 weeks Outdoor Harvest: early-mid October Sweet Seeds - Gorilla Girl This strain is the resulting hybrid from the cross between two of the most famous and powerful genetics coming from the USA: Gorilla Glue X Girl Scout Cookies. The GSC specimen used for this cross comes from the phenotype known as “Thin Mint”. An Indica-Sativa hybrid with Sativa predominance. Gorilla Girl® (SWS74) is a strain with a very powerful effect, featuring very high THC levels that can reach to between 20% and 25% in optimum growing conditions. Some specimens can even exceed these levels. The resin production of this strain is copious, covering all the flower calyxes with aromatic trichomes. The buds are very resinous and compact. Gorilla Girl® features intense taste and aroma, with cypress tones and a touch of wood, complemented with hints of earth and citrus. The plants look like balanced Indica-Sativa hybrids, very productive and vigorous, with long and flexible side branches. Data Sheet Variety SWS74 Indica: 40% / Sativa: 60% THC: 19-25% · CBD: 0,1% Indoor Yield: 400-550 g/m2 Outdoor Yield: 350-600 g/plant Indoor Blooming: 9 weeks Outdoor Harvest: early October Sweet Seeds - Indigo Berry Kush This strain was developed within a program of the Sweet Seeds® R+D Department that was focused on the search for exquisite and marvellous earthy aromas. This strain is the resulting hybrid from the cross between an elite clone of So G Kush (OG Kush x LA Confidential x Trainwreck) and our elite clone of Blue Monster (Blueberry‘99 x Black Domina‘98). The Blue Monster clone that takes part in this cross brings the earthy soul aroma to our appreciated and classic Cream Caramel® (SWS04). The aroma of this strain is exquisite, very sweet and with a pleasant strong earthy presence. This scent comes mixed with a background of aromas typical of the OG Kush family, featuring exotic and pepper spicy tones with a fresh touch of cypress. The plants grow with mostly Indica structure, producing a big main bud, very resinous and compact, complemented with multiple side branches completely covered by smaller flowers of the highest quality. This strain is a great producer of resin crystals. Data Sheet Variety SWS63 Indica/ Sativa: 60%/40% THC: 15-21% · CBD: 0,1% Indoor Yield: 400-600 g/m2 Outdoor Yield: 450-700 g/plant Indoor Blooming: 8-9 weeks Outdoor Harvest: late September, early October

tokenroll
All the seeds that where left to soak have all germinated fine and where placed into their coco / perlite mix in little plastic cups. They have been getting a little feed every day and at present are getting fed using GHE - MaxiGro Dry Fertilizer at EC 1.0 and PH 5.7 Currently on tap water with an EC of 0.4. They where a little cold for a week and started to show the effects that causes, but corrected now. All the seedlings are in the cab with tempetures of 26c Lights on 24/7 atm and with a little lower RH of 55% (80% would be ideal). Lights are running at 160 watts and 2 feet above the seedlings. (seedling images will be posted later on once I take some pics) That's it for now a little image below. Take care all. Toke… Above Images: Left super close macro of a seed casing. Right: The same little seed a few days later germinated and ready for the pot.
tokenroll
@InTheSystem@Exhale yeah slow of the starting line with the updates, have been busy trying to clear the spidermites etc from the grow spaces and making sure no pollen was kicking about after the last disaster. I think that part is sorted so updates etc will start landing weekly now. Thanks for popping in lads. Toke...
