I never heard back from you about a hoodie?

 

Also, I bought a pack of sweet seeds through your website, and won a prize. Sweet seeds said they sent the prize through to yourselves to then be delivered on to me, but months have passed with no sign..?

@panik mate i am at your checkout and me being a thicko welshman can't remember what to do. lol

First up while i remember don't know if its a bug with the new site but when i went from cart to checkout i think it was a freebies screen flashed up and disappeared just as quick dunno if intential but if i wasn't looking at the screen i would have missed it completely.

 

What i came to ask.

When i am at checkout the credit card option is ticked is that automatic cos i cant remember if i used that option or bank transfer last time.

Ah ok mate sorry for the delay in reply , at least you got to the bottom of it I will take a look at the freebie options they should be on there but I know my guy was messing around with trying to get all the options up for freebies :yep:

@panikjust a quick one. When I try to select filters on the site it kind of locks me out. Could be my browser, just thought I'd mention it

hi mate , locks you out in what way mate?

@panik tried it on a different platform and it works ok. Probably whatever tinpot browser I was on. It would allow me to select the filters but it wouldn't let me apply them (the little round green button) if that makes sense. Just in case anyone else mentions it..... Site looks bang on dude but the way, bravo!

Sorry to bother you on holiday Panik but the realgorillaseeds.com website seems to have been down for the last few days and i'm desperately trying to chase up my beans. I got an e-mail on 08/05/2024 saying they had been dispatched . I wanted to send the following email but can't so i thought id try to contact you direct.

 

Order #37582

Hi i paid over 500 pounds on the 2nd of May for some seeds i have not received. As 2 of the three flat members work form home there is always someone in the flat. Since my order has been made several UPS deliveries have been made successfully for other goods! No missed delivery note has been left. I have seen no evidence so far that a delivery has been attempted. My account states this order has been completed? last week i informed you  no delivery has been made and requested a tracking number. Nobody has replied to me as yet so therefore i am worried something is wrong. Please could you provide a tracking number so i may try to chase this up with UPS. Time is running out for a timely outdoor planting so a speedy reply/action would be really appreciated !

 

Hope you can help i could really do with a break at the moment!

hi mate, just checked this order out. This would’ve been sent Royal mail before we went away as our UPS tracking system is down. You should’ve received this order via Royal mail.
