The Black Sheep
I never got a guide, just a free headache ! IIRC start by attaching the small end of the blades overlapping to the same side everytime and yes then go around a bend? prize the blades so that you can screw them together :goodluck: my mini grostar was worth the extra money as it is one peice and saves an 'all thumbed up sheep' from this nonsense ! Joint hogger
this is how you lay out the bits & when your bolting the petals together, you over lap them on the one side when fixing them together

amalthea
I spent ages figuring out how to put the damn thing together. It was painful. This should be a sticky.

Guest veg4s
Good guide. Built mine yesterday and found that not fully tightening the nuts until all were fitted mace it a lot easier.

Guest
View PostJoint hogger, on 23 March 2011 - 09:48 PM, said:dt ive seen it done both ways but i didnt realize that the reflector is slightly larger with the plates fitted to the top of the centre piece like the way i did it. so how did you get on with it dt ? took apart and rebuilt today, sits lots better with plates fitted under the center piece, the plates dont ben in the corners at the bolt holes and less light gap Edited March 26, 2011 by drtiny
