I already put a fast lemon drizzle in the greenhouse… reckon I should put it back in the tent then? Might get a bit crowded in there keeping all the fast version in there while flowering two autos! (70x70)

how late do you think they should go out?

Just go out as late as possible…. Your autos can stay on 18/6 so growing won’t to be an issue just the tent size…

move literally just germed my Gelato fast and plan to keep them in the tent for at least a month weather dependent.

To be honest I’m just copying what  @B-real told me when I asked. I’ve even gone a bit earlier than he said for the fasts. They tend to have auto genetics in some. Last years cookies I done 5 chose the best for the 420lt pot and that re-vegged, x2 finished really early and x2 finished when they should. The late finishers were about 8ft!

good luck pal.

Gelato 41 fast… might be going in the 420 pot??

Green Crack: was looking really grim and only 1 survived from 3 but ok now.

Golden lemon haze: Germed x3 seeds but I’ve got z4 plants…. Weird, never seen it before but 1 has split in 2!

Ok I had people round for the weekend so decided in my infinite wisdom that I should make sure they had enough water to last for x3 days. Totally over done it and now I’ve got a huge fan going trying to dry them out seems to be working but what a colossal balls up! They almost stopped growing and 2 died. Will not make that error again!!!

AK 420: survived and are now going well think these are going to be a good outside plant fingers crossed.

The mystery seed: oddly one of the best!

Girl Scout cookies: done these indoors last year and they were the best run out of the lot. Can’t wait to see them run outside.

White widow: one of the first genetics I ever run about 20 years ago… looking forward to reminiscing lol

All re-potted into their final size pots before they go out into the wild back garden…

Im away for a week so not going out for another 2 weeks now. They would have gone before but the gardens still sodden even though the river has receded.

good luck all

Hi All,

Just returned to good Old Blighty from a sunnier climate and seems that my good old man has rather green fingers!!! He’s been looking after my little ones whilst I was away and done a fairly Stirling job (apart from the fact I’m struggling to see which plant is which)!

I’ll definitely be planting out tomorrow as there are 18 holes ready for action and only another 4 or so to dig due to a couple going into the big 420lt pot.

there are still a few small odd looking plants mainly due to me over watering at the beginning but most look more than up to the task of going out.

will keep posted on how I get on which tomorrow’s gardening.

cheers all and good luck.

Welcome back mate, I hope you brought the weather with you.

By the looks of the forecast it’s a no from me I’m afraid…. Tell you what though you could definitely grow some serious trees in the south of France, pretty much perfect conditions and housing in the middle of nowhere with loads of land and streams. Don’t think the missus would be up for the move just for that reason though lol.

I personally think we are going to get some decent weather at the end of the season though to counter the crap start. Fingers crossed.

It's a lovely part of the world, I'm sure you could think of plenty of other reasons to persuade her lol. Yeah bit of a slow start to the summer isn't it, but it's good vegging weather and like you say I'm confident the sun will come out when we need it too.

Hi All,

Created a pathway into the plot this morning at about 7am…

large.28A5637C-E5F1-440F-8700-1A0AA5A55459.jpeg

To find that my holes were missing in action and there was a lot of work to be done to my disbelief….

large.F85827B1-EF45-48CD-BB17-A853BD83BA2F.jpeg

After quite a bit of graft managed to get it to this state..

large.60F6A337-794F-4703-B3AA-99F1AE6AF858.jpeg

There’s now a compost heap that stands about 4ft high if not more! That being the case most was comfrey, nettles and mares tail so should make for great compost next year.

After a planting out noticed I didn’t have enough mesh for all the plants so that will be done tomorrow…

large.88D02526-9973-4A4A-8956-3D4B0CAC485A.jpeg

Looks like they have transplanted well only thing I’m missing are the blue pellets of slug and snail doom, also going out tomorrow…

large.318C9280-33AE-4F66-9987-081FDE1D1B4B.jpeg

Started to fill the 420lt pot and remembered @Revive trick of layering with comfrey leaves so done that as he knows his onions…

large.C874B3BB-D611-4F7B-92E9-532BAEA96D86.jpeg

Popped in x3 plants that will be bent and shaped to hopefully get enough airflow and avoid mould…

Plot is finished, watered, slug pellets and cages all done. Now it’s time to wait until the main event….. West Ham in the final COYI!!!!!

large.FD5E8C1A-0638-4D3B-A878-EA46CCCDD8A6.jpeg

Ok…. Finally got my pump up and running only to find out I’m about 30m of pipe short of the tank! Ordered it and should be with me by the end of the week so done the job the old fashioned way with buckets and ended up waist high in the river after falling in lol phone and vape in pockets but saved both of them thank fook!

large.BF688B16-00DE-4C8C-869C-9599E70FFD9D.jpeg

Tank in position and hidden from view as best I could… not quite Arnie in Predator but not too shabby. Should save a lot of messing about, massive time saver when it’s up and running.

Good luck all… especially the mighty Irons!
