HSO Blue Fire + OGKZ

Let the flower show begin with the Blue Fire  that top is well rooted also and look like she could do with a feed

 

Nice addition of the cage  and that early manifolding will definitely pay of now you have put her to bloom

 

OGKZ at this early stage has come out of the gate very strong. Nice baby OGKZ with a now rooted Blue Fire cut

Blue Fire @ 2 weeks flower

She's had a good week, developing nicely.

 

I think she's looking a bit sad as she'd just woken up.

 

Normally I would tie down the leading tops to the outside of the cage at this point,  but she's so tough already it'll be a pliers job to supercrop her. 

I'll wait another week until she's stopped stretching and see if I want to risk it then. She seems to be making her own space with that stretch anyway.

 

 

I thought I'd try something a bit different from my norm. I've pinched out all growth tips from under the cage, but left all fan leaves to die off naturally.  Once she's stopped stretching i'll remove the fan leaves pointing inwards to create an open central column for airflow.

Quite long node spacing, maybe one to watch out for if you've got limited headroom 

 

 

 

Last weeks feed: 3ml Bloom / 2ml Traces / 2ml Root Tonic = E.C. 1.3 / PH 6.5

Doing very well since potting up to the 1ltr.

Everything above those manky bottom fans is new growth this week  

She's been on First feed @5ml so far. Time to give her some Grow.

 

 

 

 

 

OGKZ @ 2weeks above soil

 

Not a great deal going on above ground here. I suspect that's due to me skipping the 0.5ltr stage and potting up into 1ltr from the Jiffy.

Hopefully she's busy rooting out that 1ltr...

She'll also be on grow this week

Blue Fire 2 weeks into bloom and already starting to put out some nice tops

 

A would plan mate, let her finish the stretch phase (another 7 day's) then remove that excess foliage it will do as you said help with airflow + provide a boost to the remaining plant thus more energy for the bud production phase

 

Not to much going on in this early stage with OGKZ and the top from the Blue Fire steady growth and looking good

Blue Fire

@21 ish days of flower

 

I gave her a final bit of light bondage and defoliation this evening.  It's up to her now

She's stretched out nicely. Showing hardly any side branching at all.

 

 

 

She's been on 3ml Bloom / traces / root tonic. thinking of slipping her some Boost this week.

There'll be no mainlining with this one. She really shot up last week. Nice and squat, looks like a bushy one.

 

Topped at the 5th and potted her up into her final 9 ltr. Cage is in, so I should be able to even out the canopy if ness.

 

I'm thinking 7-10 days and into the flower tent.

She's also been topped @ the 5th. Still in a 1 ltr. The plan is to keep her in small pots until I see what her mum does.

Be nice to try a different approach mate, mainlining tech works, let's see how the natural method works

 

Will you still be doing a bit of LST @zibzabz? On the Blue Fire cut?

I'm going to leave her to do her thing mate. Should be interesting to compare the 2 styles with the same plant.  Same pot size, soil, nutes etc.

 

Just waiting on the original to show us some love  I'm sure she will.

That will be super cool to see mate  and will definitely make a nice comparison. 

 

Pot size, medium, nutes and lighting all the same just grown using different tech

Blue Fire 

28 days flower

 

My resident F!@%ing spider mites had a go at her last week. I think I got to them in time to at least stop an outbreak (mighty wash in an atomiser)

As soon as the smottie remix' are done flushing, I'll nuke the tents.... again 

 

A bit of yellowing too, so she got a dose of epsom salts. Foliar sprayed a few times and a dash in her feed...

She seems to be coming around

 

 

 

Upped her feed to 3.5ml Bloom / 1ml Boost + Root tonic, extra traces

 

 

 

She's starting to show a bit of frost

OGKZ + Blue Fire cut

4ish weeks veg

 

 

Potted up the Blue Fire cut earlier in the week in exactly the same fashion as her mum.

Airpots doing their thing. I'm always putting that base in upside down, ends up with the tap (I assume) spiraling around inside the nobble... That can't be good  drill them all out. 

 

Quite a striking difference in the leaves, those OGKZ' are getting maahoosive.

Looking great in here mate, blue fire is filling out, just popped one of these myself along with a few other Hso beauty’s, Ogkz is coming on too, them indica leaves are deffo fat and wide compared to the Ogkz.

If the HSO blurb's correct then the Blue fire's an 11 week flower, so she's got plenty of time to stack it on
