Two new strains very kindly gifted from @HSO-Mark for me to grow out and try, so thanks very much mate :yep:

Not sure when they arrived 'cos my mate, who let's me get seeds posted to his address rang me late on the 23rd after me ringing him constantly lol  and said his wife had found a jiffy bag with some wooden blocks inside and it was in with her xmas wrapping paper inside this bag or something

What can ya say lol

Well the seeds went into compost in the early hours of the 24th not long after I got them home

I can only do 6 plants in my tent so I've put two seeds in the fridge for later, bonus :yep:

So to bring it up to date here's pics of the seedlings from on day 6, bent all over the place

large.5c305934f2a9e_SeedlingsDay603.JPG

Yes they are very leggy

large.5c3059340fe7d_seedlingsday601.JPG

I left them on the floor of my tent too long and they've stretched quite a bit

large.5c30593318b4b_seedlingsday600.JPG

Left them on the floor of my tent too long and they've stretched too much, so I propped them up for now and I'll sort them out at the next pot up. They'll be fine hopefully :yep:

What a great start to the diary. 6 healthy HSO babies ready to party :bong:

They have stretched a little but once potted up just bury those stems a little and that issue will be solved ;)

Thank you for getting this diary up so fast mate. Happy New year from HSO and let's see what you can do now we have seeds above ground :bong:

Good luck mate I'll be along for the ride and watching with interest  :yep:

Kind regards

As usual I'm behind posting pics, it wouldn't be my diary if I wasn't, anyway I'll get some up now and get up to date in the next few days, honest! :wassnnme:  lol

Seedlings at Day 10, stalks are getting stronger, still a bit leggy though, my fault. I normally germ seeds under a cfl but that blew so I did them in my veg tent but left them on the floor too long and they stretched.

Gorillas at the back and the Blue Kings are at the front, the Gorillas have slightly thinner stalks and heavier heads.

Potted them up on Day 16 from their seed pots into 1.5L using Lightmix, I've got a bag of Batmix for their finals. This is Gorilla Breath #1

The roots on the Gorillas are really strong

This is the shortest of the Gorillas

Three Blue Kings#1 this plant has started yellowing which i think is from leaving in these pots a bit long without feeding, it's going in new compost now so should be OK.

You can just see the yellowing on lower leaf, this is the tallest of the Blue Kings, it seems really stretchy, don't know if that's my fault for the bad start

Happy roots = happy and healthy plant's  :bong:

Now they have been potted up with more medium to spread those roots out I'm sure we will see some vigorous growth over the coming week's  :yep:

How much longer do you plan on vegging for my friend?  And what size pots will you use to flower these ladies?

Looking good from here mate and please keep the updates coming :bong:

The plan if you can call it that, is to flower them in 5L pots as their finals. As for veg time, I usually go by the roots but nothing is set in stone. They're in my 1.2m x1.2m tent which is 1.8m tall, currently under a 315cmh. I'll get some more pics up and get it upto date over the next few days. As usual I'm well late with the updates. :bag:
