Openairbud
Thanks a lot @jadenugs, it certainly does! Has me salivating every time I crack the door to check up! Had them out late last night to for a trim and trich inspection. Here are MORE pics! First, Crystal Can: it looks like she won't yield too badly considering. Next here's SAD: she's just a mass of bud, really fat colas all over. Obligatory overhead group shot with them all tucked in: I may well hold out chopping SAD as long as I can, everything has to come down in a couple of weeks anyhow, I'm confident the others will be close enough by then.

Openairbud
@Serpentyou're very kind mate, I hope the mistakes I've made won't affect the quality of flower. Proof will be in the vaping I guess. Just watered the cc and cm with 1ml fish 2.5 bloom. Under 1.5 each

Openairbud
Thanks @vince noir rock n roll star. How do you judge when to chop? Do you check trichs, or just judge by looking at the flower? I tried a little cream Mandarine last night and it fairly battered me. But I'm confused. I've always been told to wait for a percentage of ambers before chopping. This as far as I could see has no ambers yet, and maybe 50/50 clear cloudy. It was maybe a tiny bit racy to start.. Edit: or am I just a lightweight??!! Double edit: or easily pleased I will try the crystal candy tonight, if that does the job then I will give them some plain water for a while then chop I think. That are on 9 weeks today so should be about ready officially. I watered SAD this morning with usual, probably her last feed. Openairbud
Thanks @Salty! Vaped a bit of that crystal candy yesterday afternoon, wow its got a punch, bit racy still. CM SAD, CC Some close ups Could roots being too warm cause foxtailing? The SAD is stacking lots, not really sure if this is normal for them or not? She seems perfectly healthy otherwise.

Punta Roja
2 hours ago, Openairbud said: Could roots being too warm cause foxtailing? I doubt it Bud, I've done quite a few SS plants outdoors, sometimes in pots. In the height of the summer you can't put your hand on the pot for more than a second or two. The roots must get really hot, much hotter than indoors. And I've never seen foxtailing in a SS strain. I've had it indoors in the past due to canopy heat build up. When I grew without extraction. But they weren't SS seeds. Malawi Gold and Mulanje Gold...but they're both Sativas..12/13 weekers. But it could be genetic, some strains do it naturally. Openairbud
@Punts I'll discount that then. Genetics then. Canopy isn't too hot it'd been measuring 26-27 recently and has only topped out at 29 couple of times through the whole grow. Cheers for the response!
Smokebelch
@OpenairbudYour plants look awesome, especially that Crystal Candy, those buds are so fat, well done dude. I wouldn’t worry about the SAD fox tailing either, some of mine are foxtailing as well, I put it down to the genetics. I think all weed is a bit racy when it fresh, I find a good cure in the jars usually mellows things out a bit. Good luck with the final push dude.
