Slow progress so far.

They started putting down roots in the aeroponics system today so hopefully we will see some fast growth.:yep:

I popped another two seeds, one platinum Yeti and one Sour 76, the last pic is the platinum Yeti and unfortunately the Sour 76 hasn't popped its head up.

This is the second Sour 76 that hasn't made it now, I was talking to a guy on Instagram that has been growing for a very long time and has 20k followers and he is having the same issue with this strain.

He only got one out of ten past the germination stage:yes:

The nutrient mix is at a ratio of 1.1.1 of Micro, Grow, Bloom of General Hydroponics Flora series with a few drops of URB Natural.

EC 0.2 or 100 PPM

PH is 5.8

Temps 26 degrees

Water Temps 22 degrees

I would cover the hydroton with disks of black and white poly or similar to prevent light and airflow getting to the upper roots. Try to keep the air temperature in the tote below 75F, ideally 68-72F   ;)

Thanks for the heads up mate, yeah I usually cover the net pots in the dwc system with black discs but totally forgot in the aeroponics system:yep:

I use B/W poly disks with the white side up to reflect light. Poly is soft and flexible so there`s no chance of it damaging the stem as it gets bigger ;)

the plants will be covering these discs in a few days so no need for them to be white:yep:

Everything is looking good so far, seeing some nice growth since they started putting down roots:yep:

Struggling with temps at the moment, 28 degrees in the tent.

The seedlings are under one Migro 100 dimmed to 50%, I will probably give them another two weeks in this system before flipping to sex them and then the females will go straight into 20 litre dwc buckets:yes:

Apart from the dropped seedlings things look to be going well :yep:

I see you have now gone into bloom (12/12) is this just to identify the males/females then you'll go back to 18/6 or is this the "official" start of flowering?

Not looking to bad at all brother.

Kind regards

Mark..

@HSO-Mark Yeah mate it's just to identify the the females then back to 18/6, I don't have the time to grow these out and take clones as I'm a bit behind:yep:

They are on the second day of 12/12 now and as soon as I see the first signs of sex I'll flip them back to veg and top them back down to the third or fourth node before transplanting them into the dwc system:yes:

I will get a few pics up once lights go on at 6pm;)

@HSO-Mark Here's a few pics of were we are at now:yep:

One of the plants had a calcium deficiency so I upped the cal mag and they have been getting a foliar feeding the last three days with Epsom salt and GHE Diamond Nectar;)

These are under one Migro 100.
