WEEK 4/DAY 30(previous update I Missed)

 large.Slide2.JPG

Welcome everyone, A bit late update cause of a dead motherboard. Technology never stop to fail me.

Anyway back to the girls that are not failing me at all:

D. Crème, is blooming already and swapped to bloom nutrients after foliage feeding with some Delta 9.

She fills up close to ¾ of the net she was given, Couldn’t be happier or more amazed from that plant…

Jack 47, Is close to 7 days behind and still vegging, hopefully, consider the size of it, she will get bigger than the Crème. Something that worries me about the space that left for her to grow…. But damn me that the only thing I love to worry about: D

I cant beleve she is just starting to go in full strecthing....freaking huuuuuuuge.....

DEVIL CREAM

I got a feeling that I was late to change her on bloom for like 2-3 days and there is some slightly Clawing for excessive N... Left her with lower that normal feeding for the time been for a smoother transaction to bloom nutrients.

Thanks a lot mate,

About delta 9,is seaweed mostly so no chemicals for the buds(foliage) got it for 6 euros I think.

Now about the nutrient solution of the girls, I am using RO water so I have to feed them what they need, but giving 50-70 euros per plant is well worth it.

on the other hand I have tried bio DWC god help me it was a nightmare.....advance nutrients made it so easy that I can even let them alone for 1 whole day.... 1 freaking day!!!!!

when I had to balance ph every 8 hours back when I first started.

Yes thats the trick to make it worth with autos, really really low scrog net 5-8 cm from pot, you have no time to spread them beneath it like with photoperiod ones.

but You may get into trouble to put your hands in there :P
first you hit the bong for the extra zen needed for the job....

good luck  in the comp brillant read all ready in it for the long run here I always thought Scrog and DWc would be a hard combo due to changeing the water and stuff you have it down to a a T

always wanted to try DWC once I've mastered soil how do you drain and refill is there like Outlets and the bottom and just take the top off at the top to replace the water also as the roots get bigger and I assume starts displaceing water as less room in there do you put less water in?

Thanks for your words mate...may your lights shine bright and your buds get fat...

For the Maintenance of the setup :

Each buckets has its own net, that is screwed on the lead.

Been said that, If your net is not movable you are fucked :P

So I take the lead out(with the whole plant on it) and place it in a spare empty bucket I have.

While Letting the roots get some fresh air :D , I empty the nutrients, rinse the bucket and refilling it fresh.

Now about the amount of water, that 5gal coolers are oversized for that autos so lets say by the end of the grow I refill with 4gal give or take… and 1gal is the room that the roots occupied. I allways make 20L dosages and I keep whats left out, cause of root mass, in the freezer for refilling the buckets.

Each plant drinks average 4L at full flower per day. I have seen up to 7-8L per day from a plant that finished 300g+ when dried.

I do a fresh swap when I have refill more than 2/3 of the first nutrients, So been ~5gal when I have refill 3 The next day I will make a new mix.

At vegetation stage that never occures so I change every Sunday,

At full bloom If I end with a big eater, I let it drink the whole bucket or close to it and make a new mix every 2nd-3rd day.

WEEK 6/DAY 42

large.58e2914d1f078_Day42(2).JPG

Welcome everyone, The Action have started here, Both(3? :D ) girls are on bloom nudes.

There was a slight problem with led and that was the reason I don’t want to have 2 different strains together.

While jack 47 could handle the lights lower, the crème showed Cal&Mag def marks half a day later, so back at 55cm from the tops. Not even the extra Cal&Mag could handle the leds for her.

I mixed the nutrients yesterday and placed them fresh today…

Devil Crème is a big eater that takes up to 2L per day after entered full bloom and actually lowered EC(2200 to 2000) and raising the PH at 5gal mix when I already have her on max dosages…

The purple/dark colors are truly beautiful and there is a pure LIME aroma that is dream like to smell, I am droooooling

Jack 47 Is stopping her stretching period and will get a last haircut today with the fresh nutrients swap. She took 40 days to bloom, so we are looking for another 45-55 days for harvest, it will take some more time but I will forgive her if she make a good deposit for the summer :D

For some reason and from previous runs that I noticed, Jack 47 seems to take 10 more days in DWC than in soil. Crème On the other hand is freaking sprinter and a huge one, hardly more than 20 days left for her…
