For this grow to be any use to anyone we need an idea of the lat. Growing blueberry at lat 50 is not that impressive but at say lat 55 it would be in a different league. Can't understand why people don't realise this.

The last post was over 2 years ago mate, and why would blueberry grown 200 miles north be better ?

Well it shows how photo sensitive the plant  is ,as the more northern lats have more light hours so they tend to be behind more southern lats, think it's about two to three weeks between Northumberland and say Devon. Ever heard the old adage latitude acts like latitude ? And pointing out the fact that it's no use to use up north if we don't know it's grown higher than 51 lat is maybe helpful to anyone starting a grow log. It's kinda the first thing I'd point out.

latitude 50 = cornwall

lat 55 = Dundee, 

approx. 600 miles

id be more impressed if someone finished a blueberry at lat 50
