Ha ha ha I was one of those plumbers and I recognize the room from the pics, now I know what's going on!!! I'm on the phone to the DEA as I type.

So... All is going to plan, very smoothly, and coming together well...

... Then we make the hole to go from the flower room out to the garage... Probably should have checked from the garage side what the wall was like. Behind this wood is breeze blocks...

So I guess it's up to the attic then! The acces hatch is right at the other end of the house. The attic is 3 foot high and 5 foot wide. Theres struts in the middle to you have to crawl at the side. The insulation is thick and layed over the beams so you have to feel your way.. About 30/40 feet. I have hypersensitive skin and nose. It was a real ordeal... But got it done!

So, time to start finishing

And, as the flower room is rectangle, and my parabolic wouldn't fit. A cheeky little mod:

A couple of coats of paint and we find ourselves here:

Still haven't decided what to cover the flower hatch with, so any ideas welcome!

S'all good, I didn't post those pics until after I'd moved out anyway

I didn't completely cover my tracks when I left, as I had to move out because the house got reposessed by the bank. As it turned out my landlord wasn't too happy about loosing the house and ended up squatting it! My friend does removals and helped him move in, apparently he discovered a hole in the ceiling and 'innocently' asked my mate what it might be for, with a knowing grin on his face!
