Lamster67 Posted June 13, 2021 Author Share Posted June 13, 2021 (edited) Evening everyone Bit more work done today...gotta say its been a bitch working in that shed with the heat today. Finished insulating & cladding the outer sides, just the doors & access panels to do now. The holes are cut for the active intake, the duct holes for the reflector & a hole for the filter duct.....next job this week is cleaning it & caulking the seams ready for painting the insides...matt brilliant white. I've wired the fan & managed not to fry myself so all is good. Few pics & thanks for taking a look Cheers Lamster Got these to cover the passive intake holes after painting. Lamster67 Posted June 29, 2021 Author Share Posted June 29, 2021 Evening all....unfortunately I managed to contract the rona so this build has been neglected over the past week or so, today was the 1st day I was well enough to do anything & even after 15 mins working on it I was fucked I persevered & got a fair bit done. Doors fitted Then a box frame on the inside for the insulation Similar frame for the top access panel, this just screwed into place. The front finished, just needs a lick of paint. Tube heaters in place Fans for air cooled hood & main extraction in place Carbon filter & reflector hung I don't rate this Rhino acoustic ducting....its not very strong... Lamster67 Posted July 1, 2021 Author Share Posted July 1, 2021 Finally got the flower space finished....got my plants in there but still a little fine tuning on the fan idol speed required to get the temperature right...I'm really happy with the final result, its really quiet, with just a light hum inside the shed & no sound at all outside.
