Sweets Seeds comp 20/21.  Growing Sweet Seeds Autos - Fast Bud#2 x2.

These are my chosen three for this grow. Im a big fan of the sweet seeds strains so have grown quite a few but i have never grown the trainwreck or the fast buds. However the sweet gelato i have grown a few times before and i cant state enough how good it is, definitely one of my favourites.

23/12/20. And it begins. 1st i put the seeds in cups half filled with room temp tap water. After 12hrs all seeds were sunk to the bottom.

 

 

24/12/20. After 24hrs in room temp water I then put the seeds on some moist kitchen roll paper and fold over.

 

I then cover with another plate to keep the moisture in the paper tissue. I also put them on some sort of low heat source like a sky box or console making sure to flip the plates every now and again so they dont get to hot.

 

25/12/20. And 100% germination as usual from the sweet seeds  All seeds have a nice healthy root and are ready for next step of putting in medium.

25/12/20. I put the germinated seeds in small pots filled with 60/40 coco/clay pebbles, soaked in 5.8ph water. I just finger a small hole  in the coco and then put the seed in with the root pointing down then gently cover with some coco. I then wrap loosely with cling film to keep the moisture in the medium.

26/12/20. Some of the seeds are already above soil so i will continue to peel back the cling film as each seed breaks above medium.

27/12/20. All seeds above medium and all cling film removed. Seeds have being under a 400w HPS light and kept at about 23dc and humidity around 50%. Only watered with 5.8Ph water. Making sure i give a decent wet/dry cycle till the plants root.

Sweet Gelato = Blue Tags.  FastBud#2 = Pink Tags.   Sweet Trainwreck = Yellow Tags.

1/1/2021 and a big FUCK YOU to 2020. Lets hope we can survive 21. I guess lockdown ain't to bad when ya have Sweet Seeds on your side.

 

2/1/21. I had a bit of an issue, I foliar sprayed today with 2ml canna rhizotonic per ltr water and set my lights timer which has being on 24hrs up to this point. I set it to go off for a 2 hr period after i finished foliar spraying but the timer was broke and did not turn the lights off so the plants got a bit burnt due to the foliar spray and intense 400w hps light on them.

3/1/21. First feed with 2ml rhizotonic per ltr water. Ec=.7  Ph=5.9

7/1/21. Fed again with 2ml rhizo per ltr water. Ec=.7  Ph=5.8

9/1/21. Fed with 2ml canna rhizotonic and .5ml canna coco a+b all per ltr water. Ec=.7  Ph=5.9

 

12/1/21. 16 days old today and I can only grow 8 plants in total so I have had to get rid of four. Ive kept 3 sweet gelato, 3 sweet trainwreck and 2 fast buds#2. Most of the plants are recovering from the foliar spray damage done by the lights not going off. Plants are still under a 400w hps 24hrs. Temps range between 22-28dc and humidity between 30-55%.

12/1/21. Plants 16 days old and transplanting to their final 15ltr auto pots. Filled with an air dome and clay pebbles at the base of pot then 60/40 coco/clay pebbles to fill the pot. After digging a hole the size of the pot, I then sprinkle some great white mycorrhizae powder around the walls and base of the hole where the roots are going to be sitting.

12/1/21. All in their final pots. The 60/40 coco/clay pebbles was previously soaked in Ph 5.8 water. Plants under 600w Hps 24 hrs. Temps being around 22-27dc and humidity around 40-55%.

Good luck with the grow dude, I have 2x Bloody skunk and 4x Sweet cheese Sweet stead autos 7 weeks old today looking happy in the tent,

my first time with Sweet Seed beans and they have been awesome since germination and I hope the finished bud is as good

14/1/21. 18 days old and fed with .65ml canna coco a+b and 2ml canna rhizotonic. Ph=5.8 and Ec=.8  Each 4 plants are now under a 600w Hps thats on 24hr. I have 3 trainwreck and 1 fast bud in left pic and 3 sweet gelato and 1 fast bud in the right pic.

Thanks man. Best of luck with your grow aswell .  Ive actually grown both those strains and they are very good. I got great yield and quality off the cheese and it has that typical cheese taste. The bloody skunk i didnt do aswell on yield but the taste off that stuff is really really nice and was covered in trichomes and smells incredible and is definitely a bit different than the standard looking weed. Either way you wont be disappointed

18/1/21. 22 days old today and new feed .75ml canna coco a+b, 1.75ml rhizotonic and 1ml canna cannzym. Ec=.9 and Ph=5.9   Pictures from side and top views. Lights 2x600w hps. Temps 22-27dc and Humidity 40-55%

22/1/21. 26 days old and same feed as above .75ml canna coco a+b, 1.75ml canna rhizotonic and 1ml canna cannazym. Ec=.9 and Ph=5.8  Still being hand fed from the top with very little run off. Air domes in the 15ltr auto pots have being connected to the air pump since the 16/1/21.

23/1/21. Fed 1ml canna coco a+b, 1ml canna rhizotonic and 1.25ml cannazym. Ph=5.8 and Ec= 1.1

24/1/21. 28 days old. Ive connected all the 15ltr pots to my auto pot feeder now so they are all gravity fed from my 100 ltr water tank. Lights still 2x600w hps on 24hrs and temps 22-27dc and humidity 45-55%

New feed = 1.25ml canna coco a+b, 1ml canna rhizotonic and 1.25ml cannazym all per ltr water.  Ec= 1.2 and Ph= 6.0

27/1/21. Plants are 31 days old today and not looking to bad but one of the fast buds is struggling and the sweet trainwreck dosent seem to be branching out like the sweet gelato is. The sweet gelato is doing everything it usually does and thats get big and wide but the sweet trainwreck isnt stretching very far at all.
