growinggold
Thanks @jadenugs I think you maybe right mate, when I was adjusting some of the caps there was a little spluttery, like air was trapped. jadenugs
Maybe then mate, unless you've just had a runaway dripper that's caused the res to empty in the first place. Just have to keep an eye on them. Watch this I'll probably flood my attic now and wake up drinking mineral nutes
growinggold
Hahahaha I do hope not mate. How big is you tank? You got a big garland tray yeah. They must be a good few liters.
jadenugs
Me too My tank is about 45L but I don't have to fill it right up. I'll start with 20L I think and see how much they drink. My tray is the tent liner I got with the tent, waterproof and sides only 3 or 4" high but it covers the whole tent floor so should hold a fair bit if I can keep the sides of it tight and rigid.
growinggold
@jadenugs definitely get a rigid plastic tray if you can mate. I dont think the fabric tent liners would be upto the job of holding water.
jadenugs
It's rubberised on the inside mate and the corners aren't seamed. They're like folded in on themselves to form a corner and stitched across the top. Only problem is the rigidity but I think I've sorted that, well hopefully I've got 60 x 60 x 7cm trays that I haven't used for years cos I have my plants 3 wide and the upstands are bang in the middle of the tent. They are only good for 4 plants really with their own tray. Can get a 100 x 100 x 12cm for 30 quid or a 120 x 120 x12cm for 32 quid but I'll leave it for now. Just bought a fire extinguisher, new filter and other bits and bobs. Thanks for the advice dude And don't laugh at me if my attic floods hahaha

jadenugs
@Amo It's an AFO (Automatic Fire Off). Probably the same as you were looking at. I'll be adding a photo at some point anyway Billy said he watched youtube vids of someone throwing one in a skip that was on fire and it never put the fire out. I've answered him in my thread Edited February 8, 2021 by jadenugs to add

growinggold
Hello All, Firstly I just want to say thanks to whole sweet seeds team and all competitors across all forums! To be named grower of the month for January is real honor and I really appreciate it. Thanks. @Sweet Seeds -Jaypp, @Sweet Seeds Apolo, @Sweet Seeds-tommy This past week has been testing on a few fronts but mainly temperature wise, plus this new guy has been about. Lets just say he is a little frosty. Any way lets kick off with the weather. Yes yes yes we have snow. Snowballs, snowmen and hot chocolate, frost bitten fingers, have all been enjoyed. Well maybe some more than others. Also for you snowy roof lovers out there. Enjoy the sheds. The funny thing is the part that has melted isn't where the grow space is. Grow Day:72 - 09.02.21 Flower Week 6- Flower Day 40 Group ShotsPositions as below. Jack 47 - Black Jack - Ice Cool Do Sweet Do's - Mohan Ram - Sweet Zkittlez Close Ups & Individual Shots Im going to look to do the smell rubs proper. The finger isnt cutting it. I will makes some swabs and drop a proper update here. THE SMELLS ARE WORTH IT. Jack47 On the finger here we have really citrusy and fruity blend, no surprise its real stand out kicker from the tall lass. I think she is suffering from a bit of diary inspection, i will check again for this in couple of days. I had planned on turning the lights up higher. ATM the grow rooms (80x80cm) 240w, but if it is damage I will drop 10w each LED. Black Jack Ice Cool Do Sweet Do's Lovely musky wiffs coming from this lady. Mohan Ram Sweet Zkittlez Again this is another monster plant like the Jack 47. She has branches all over the shop. Temps and Humidity since the last visit on the 30.01.21 - 09.02.21 Temperature 30.8c- 23.0c- Average 27c Humidity from 52.9% to 33% - Average 42.1% Fingers crossed not opening and closing the tent has helped here. I have really tried to keep visits to absolute must, especially with snow on the ground. All heat must be locked down. Ive also kept my VPD leaf temperature at -2. Which I'm not so sure about after @Green_machine and @neva readings. Think -1 maybe more accurate. growinggold
Hello All, Just wanted to drop a small photo update here. I was chatting with @ratdog yesterday regards LED heights and strengths. It go me wanting to go check in the ladies as I was scheduled to turn the LEDs up. However after further inspection I left them at 120w each, 240w total. So here is all snaps brother and sisters, hope you enjoy. Grow Day:74 - 01.02.21 Flower Week 7- Flower Day 42 Close Ups & Individual Shots Jack47 This fruity citrus smelling girl is still certainly the biggest her long branches stretch out all over. I have tied two up in the corner and I am currently in process and trying to pin the two further branches down to the sides. You can also see on these two centrally located branches the tips of the bud closest to LED have turned white. This i think this lady will defiantly yield the most sweet treats. Jack 47 Leaf I have also noticed some calyx that seem to be growing on the centrally located leaves of the Jack47. Not seen this before, lovely little detail. Tempted to whip this off and have quick vape once it speed dried. Black Jack Still only the little baby in the room, sadly I don't think will yield so much. Ice Cool The lone little nugget all tucked up in the back right corner. Mohan Ram So I might have gone a little wild taking pictures here. She is by far the most beautiful in my eyes. This pic below is one of my favorite, I love have she just nestles down all cosy and continues to stack. Sweet Zkittlez I got a feeling this is also going to be a good yielder, shes pouring out the nuggets. With what looks like a little bleaching on the Jack47 I will keep the LED the same Watts and if increases I will reduce the watts. Equipment Settings Lights- 12 Hours On (7pm-7am) 12 Hours off (7am-7pm) LED Light 1. 220w Highlight 120w- @52" From top of pots LED Light 2. 150w Scope v2 120w- @52" From top of pots 6" RVK - Mode 3 Of 5 Inkbird- Set @ 26c for heat Mat and tube heater. Thanks for checking in all, good luck with you grows. I hope your all tooting some sweet treats. GG
