Sweet Seeds Autos - Sweet Cheese+Sweet Gelato

Recommended Posts

3/5. 33 days above soil and have being fed by the auto pot system since the 1/5. I had to refill my tank reservoir today so gave all plants a hand watering from top and fed/watered till there was up to 30% run off, the feed/water was going in at .7Ec and Ph5.7 and the run off of the sweet cheese was .7Ec with Ph between 6.0-6.4Ph depending which plant and the sweet gelato was .8Ec and Ph between 6.0-6.3 Ph again depending which plant.

New feed is now slightly different, I have stopped using the cal-mag so have just used .60ml coco a+b and .25ml rhizo and .60ml cannazym all per ltr water and added in that order. Which brought my background Ec of .3 up to .7 Ec and then I Phd to 5.6.  Feed temps 20dc  Tent temps 21-27dc  Humidity 40-60% Lights 24hrs 600w hps about 25-35inches away(I tend to move them between these distances when I remember, so as the light isn't always intense and they can stretch abit more to)

Thanks @jadenugs am hoping I don't kill them before they flower :lucky: I have friends demanding a taste of some gelato lol and I haven't had cheese in awhile :bong:

6/5 = 38 days old and have upped the nutes slightly to Ec.8 and Ph5.5 - 5.8. New feed is .70ml cocoA+B, .25ml rhizo and .70ml cannazym I will have to refill my main tank soon so I will do a top feed on the plants and test the run offs. Some yellowing happening on some lower leaves but fresh growth looks good so will keep monitoring everything and increase feed strength if necessary. The bubbler seems to be working well in my autopot reservoirs :yep: Lights on 24hr about 29inches above Feed temp 19dc Tent temp 22-28dc Humidity 45-60%

9/5=41 days old. Gave plants a top feed of Ec.8 Ph5.6 and checked run off the Gelatos run offs were Ec.8 and Ph6.0-6.2 and the Cheeses run off was Ec.7 and Ph6.0-6.2 so I may up the feed abit now to .90ml coco a+b, .25ml rhizo, .90ml cannazym and .25ml boost all per Ltr which gives me a new Ec of .9 and Phd to 5.6. Plants have finally started flowering so hopefully if I continue to slowly increase nute strength I wont get any salt build up or nutrient lock out which is what usually happens to me :wallbash: Feed temps 20dc Tent temps 22-28dc Humidity 45-55% Lights 24hr 600w hps raised about 25inch above cheese and 30 inch above gelato. Im hoping ill soon be able to get a good smell of these ladies odours now that their flowering :lucky::yep::skin_up:

12/5=44 days old and have slightly upped the feed which is now at 1ml coco a+b, .25ml rhizo, 1ml cannazym and .50ml boost which gives me an Ec of .9 and Phd to 5.6.

Feed temp 20dc, Tent temp 22-28dc, Humidity 40-55% and lights about 23-29 inches above canopy. Plants starting to flower :sweaty: but slow growth and signs of lack of feed which is better than overfeed but I will keep increasing nute strength and hopefully can avoid salt build up if I do it slowly an monitor plants they should fatten up. Fresh growth looking greener :lucky::yep::skin_up:

16/5. 48 days old and still am being to gentle on the feed by the looks of the colour of these plants. I gave them a top feed today and checked run off. Feed/water going in at Ec1.1 and Ph5.7

Run off on most the plants was Ec.9 and Ph6.4 (not sure why the Ph is so much higher in the run off, maybe due to underfeeding?) anyway I know the Ph going into the plant has never being that high so hopefully I can ignore the run off ph and just increase feed strength. New feed 1.3ml coco a+b, .25ml rhizo, 1.25ml cannazym and .70ml boost. Which gives me an Ec1.1 and Phd to 5.7 Lights about 23 inches away and Feed temp 20dc Tent temp 22-28dc and Humidity 40-55%. Plants are starting to get a scent but cant be specific about it quite yet :g:One gelato has being a lot slower to flower than others.

18/5. 50 days old and current feed is 1.7ml coco a+b, .25ml rhizo, 1.25ml cannazym and 1.5ml boost all per ltr water which gave me an Ec of 1.4 and Phd to 5.6.

20/5. 52 days old and new feed is stronger due to a lot of yellowing/light green colour of plants which im assuming is deficiencies so new feed is 1.9ml coco a+b, .25ml rhizo, 1.25ml cannazym and 1.8ml boost. Which gave me an Ec of 1.4 and Phd to 5.7.

I will keep increasing the feed if plants don't darken up abit in colour cause I think it has to be deficient of mainly a+b cause its not a salt build up or a Ph problem as far as I can work out anyway. Lights 24hr 600w hps about 23inch away. Feed temp 19dc. Tent temp 22-28dc. Humidiy 40-50%

Oh and my apologies to the sweet seeds team for not getting the diary finished in time I probably should of got abit more experience before signing up for a competition but much appreciate the chance :notworthy: :yep:

23/5 = 55 days old and still seeing coco a+b deficiencies so have increased feed to 2.30ml coco a+b, .25ml rhizo, 1.30ml cannazym and 2ml boost all per ltr which gives me a new Ec=1.6 and Ph=5.8  Tent temps 23-27dc Feed temp 21dc Lights 24hr 600w hps about 23 inch away Humidity 40-50%

26/5 = 58 days old and feed is 2.5ml coco a+b, .25ml rhizo, 1.30ml cannazym, 2.2ml boost  New Ec 1.7 Ph 5.7

28/5 = 60 days old and new feed is 2.7ml coco a+b, .25ml rhizo, 1.40ml cannazy and 2.5ml boost all per ltr and New Ec 1.9 and Ph 5.7

Plants starting to look like their enjoying the feed still so will gradually increase to nearly full strength nutes but hopefully only about 2-3 weeks left at most including abit of a flushing.

Mind ya one of the gelatos was very slow to flower so will prob take longer but is a bigger sized plant so hopefully more weight in the long run :yep:

Tent tenps 20-28dc Humidity 40-55% Feed Temp 19dc and lights 22/2

31/5 = 63 days old and new feed is 3ml coco a+b, .10ml rhizo, 1.50ml cannazym and 2.8ml boost all per Ltr water which gave me an Ec 1.9 and Phd to 5.7

Lights now 21hrs on 3hrs off and Tent temps 20-28dc Humidity 40-55% Feed Temp 21dc and lights about 20 inch away. The gelato really are starting to smell now especially if touched the cheese not so much smell but has bigger flowers compared to the gelatos and all plants seem to be regaining abit of colour so thanks for all advice given to me :notworthy:

2/6. 65 days old and all plants looking like they enjoying the feed so have slightly upped it and now on 3.10ml cocoa+b, 1.50ml cannazy, .10ml rhizo and 2.80ml boost all per Ltr water which gives me an Ec of 2.0 and Phd to 5.6. Lights on 21 on/3hrs off Tent temps 20-27dc Humidity 40-55% Feed temp 20dc

The gelatos are really starting to stink and get frosty while the cheeses are less stanky and frosty but have bigger/denser flowers. One of the gelatos is gonna be a monster  it reminds me of a sweet skunk I grew that just doubled in size compared to the rest of my plants :notworthy::rockon:
