seb88 Posted February 19, 2019 Author Share Posted February 19, 2019 It's day 7 and they've exploded in growth a bit since my last update. Especially one of the kushty's at the back. I did try to LST it but failed massively and split 2 of the branches where they meet the main stem It's all holding ok and doesn't seem to be slowing it down atleast... I'm letting the tallest get close to the light in the hope that it slows down a bit while the others catch up. I've raised a couple of the shortest plants to try keep the canopy a bit more level, but I'm rapidly running out of headroom so think it will be getting a supercrop in the next week. seb88 Posted March 1, 2019 Author Share Posted March 1, 2019 Small update. The monster kushty was given a supercrop a couple of days ago. Here's how it was looking Stems all bent over Thought I had messed up with this one Added some gaffa tape to some and held a couple of the stems up with yo-yo's as they looked like they wanted to flop over. After a nervous sleep I checked them again and here's how it looked after 10 hours. Can't believe how quick they recovered, happy days! I'm going to try and tie them down a bit more so they stay a bit more horizontal. Loads more bud sites at canopy level now so hopefully we'll see some nice chunky buds soon! 5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm pretty much maxxed out height wise so will have to do some more supercropping if there's anymore stretch to go. Got the plants out and gave them all a lollipop. The already supercropped kushty was a bit of a nightmare. The tent wall must have been holding it up, when I took it out half of the branches lopped over and I had to try and hold it all together with a bungee. I could probably fill the whole tent with this one plant! I'll give them all a few days to recover then do a bit more defol on the canopy. Watering is much easier now which is a relief! It's really not a pretty site in there but there are plenty of bud sites all pointing to the lights so hopefully we will see these all dense up nicely over the next couple of weeks. One is much shorter than the other but assumed it was just a different pheno. They lights were flipped after 4 weeks from the seeds popping and all started showing pre-flowers about a week later. They all took pretty well to the topping and potting up anyway. The lemon smell is gorgeous. It's been years since I've smoked a lemony herb so really looking forward to trying it out!
