I agree mate. Those tops do look like a re-veg. Very strange one this and something we don't tend to see. I would definitely check the timer, I can't see a light leak causing this unless is a big leak. @Barneybush is this occurring on all budsites my friend? Or ones higher up closer to the light? One picture looks like heat stress but others look like a re-veg. Let us know if you find the issue buddy Defintely something going on.
