Joolz Posted March 5, 2022 Author Share Posted March 5, 2022 clue is in the title, if its only 3 or 4 weeks in flower then it's nowhere near "crop" time and not really worth nominating at this stage ( unless its totally awesome ) try again in a few weeks time, but 8 or 9 weeks in, or a further processed shot then happy days a lot of work goes into this comp behind the scenes, the prizes on offer are unequalled anywhere, yet so few comments made unless competition rules require it, meanwhile a troll in the "add on" which is "current affairs" gets 100's, maybe 1000's of responses 15 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

HazyDaze Posted March 5, 2022 Share Posted March 5, 2022 (edited) It's not as unique as it once was, it used to get the best pics nominated, it used to mean something, but since ot1 stopped selecting the pics and pics have to be nominated it's gone down hill somewhat and the best pics aren't being selected any longer, its just feels like pics are being selected to make the numbers up half the time these days. Feels half arsed now. thats why I pulled out last month, leave it to folk that are still desperate for a win. Although, I was gutted after I pulled out and realised what the prize was Not a dig, just my thoughts on it.
