Trouble is though mate does the Labor Party really need these little cowards in the party when its time to stand up against the Tories?

If the party is made up around 40% of folks that don't want Corbyn as its leader then there's a big problem from the off.

As @@Inspiration101 said, best out them all and start a fresh. Concentrate on building for 2020.

GV.

This is exactly the point. The powers that be have tried desperately to crush Corbyn, the media powerbrokers have rarely been so blatant in their attempts. Just look at the Brexit situation, Cameron called the referendum to settle what was an issue within his own party, selfish bastard balances the future well being of the entire nation against the interests of his political party and then walks away scot free whilst Corbyn is vilified for not campaigning hard enough!

Cameron's family is involved in Tax avoidance, walks away scot free whilst Corbyn is strung up over spurious claims of anti-Semitism.

Cameron resigns as MP over supposed differences with May, by sheer coincidence the next day the report into his calamitous actions in Libya is released, a report which is frankly damning, what happens? Ball all, I would say on rough guesstimating that Corbyn so called 'train gate' got 95% more coverage.

One is a non-story into reserved seats on a train journey whilst the other is a scathing report into the actions of a British prime minister who has once again sent this country into war, a war that has cost thousands of lives, that has destroyed an entire nation and destabilised an already volatile region. You couldn't make this crap up, honestly if it was the plot of a book people would say its too improbable to have any realism.

Sick to the back teeth of 'Corbyns not electable', make the F'ing arguments if you have the strength of your convictions and if you don't, get out of career politics and get a proper job!

How electable was Trump 12 months ago? How many believed Farage would get his way 5 years ago? Who thought of the SNP as anything but a joke 10 years ago?

The views of the electorate are not set in stone, make the arguments and people will listen, even the huge weight of the media wouldnt be enough to stop a sincere movement if you had the balls to make the case instead of forming policy through focus groups.

If you want to know what the public want and then become just that, what are/were you in the first place?

Why does Labour HAVE to be TORY light? Labour is /was a socialist party, embrace that and say it with pride instead of trying to hide the fact!! Dingo asses.

That's what the purge and not allowing new members to vote was about, keeping the majority down to a level where they can keep couping. Imagine the result without all the vote rigging

I'd be quite happy to see the Party split. Let's face it, all of the dissent and back-stabbing towards Corbyn has come entirely from the Blairite camp. That lot can fuck off and form their own party as far as I'm concerned. They were never 'Labour' anyway.

No matter what happens to Labour I cannot see Corbyn as a Prime Minister taking on Putin or dealing with ISIS.

Why does he need to take on Putin?

Without FPTP the Labour Party would have been toast by now in my opinion, particularly if we had PR. You have to look at what's been happening in countries like Spain with the rise of parties like Podemos to realise that something very interesting is happening in politics throughout the world at the moment. Corbyn's popularity is part of a wider political trend that is unstoppable. Although on the flipside it may be about to give us an ignorant fascist arsehole in control of the worlds largest economy.

Also regards the EU, I voted remain and am gutted we're leaving but I think there's also some truth in the argument that the Brexit vote was also indicative of this trend against the establishment when you look at how all three leaders of the established political parties supported remain.

I suppose the irony for the extreme right wing Tories who pushed through the Brexit vote through lies and misinformation is that leaving the EU actually makes it easier for the UK to nationalise key industries although the damage Brexit will do to our economy going forward may counter any benefit from that.

I'm quite pleased to see Corbyn be elected. I don't agree with him some things and am a little suspicious as to what some of his supporters really mean by socialism, whether the emphasis is on community ownership or just more state control and centralisation, but his reelection is very positive. It was probably the best £25 I've spent in a long while. :-)

He could invite them for a cup of tea and a chat. Presumably, as he's going to disband the army.

That's the politics of fear mate, telling you what you should think, don't fear, today was a massive shift and an event in history, because now the politics of hope and a can do attitude is on the march...if you believe in the notion of justice, balance and having a say in how your destiny is determined then now is the time to engage, join with others who have the same beliefs and spread the word as there is nothing to fear in those principles that mean to serve all and not just the few...if you don't and you want to continue being spoon fed what you must think, do and a limited goal in life then fine vote conservative :yep:

Would you like a drink to wash down that Washington narrative?

JC has offered the only credible route to defeating Daesh, ie stop supplying the cunts with arms and money and sanction the cunts buying their oil whilst supporting regional state troops who are engaging with them militarily on the ground at the same time as not acting as a big fuck off imperialist recruitment sargeant for them.

And as for taking Putin, you do understand the concept of mutually assured destruction and the NATO pact?

Interesting imo that Corbyn's strongest opponents tend to be right-wing in their views and well funded eg bliar

I think Baron Mandelson has his hands on some of the strings that steer the PLP he is just very clever at hiding his influence
