You don't enter it you are selected by panel, the only real entry requirement is a diary or a hash thread

Nope but if they are good enough they will be entered along side the indoor shots..

Archangels Oldtimes grown out doors absolutely walked last years October COTC..

Was quite lucky with this because i was literally 5 mins off ordering some blues seeds last month, luckily i checked the COTC saved myself £60 for some killers when there back in.
