Back then there wasn't a UK420 or any sort of support network so preparing your plot was a bit hit and miss but I remember we used to use a lot of horse and chicken shit and make a Comfrey liquid feed. One year I even used elephant and camel shit (Don't ask ... alright I won it in a crap game) so that's the lushness I suppose. The other thing is you couldn't buy pips so you had to use bagseed, mostly African or South American/Jamaican, or collect stuff from exotic holidays but the upside was you could grow 2m sats and nobody knew what the fuck they were except your mates.
