Yeah there's pros and cons to having an app, it can be more convenient, but also a potential security risk, I have the old 67 controller which is Bluetooth only so I wouldn't really miss it, the new WiFi ones do look handy, but in the last 3 years there really hasn't been a time I needed to change any settings whilst away from home and I'm away from home a lot.kore than most growers. I remember Adam explaining how to run any ec fan off an aci controller anyway, so really if the fans good/quiet and cheaper than ACI units then it's a no brainer. Shame his section is gone now but I'm sure I can figure it out.    I hear good things about the silenced rhino ec fans as well, still early days but the first impressions people have had are that they sturdy and as quiet as any other.

Hi dudes, looking for some advise.  I'm needing to extract 4 separate 6 inch fans from separate tents, in an attic space.  currently I'm running 10inch inline with 2-way splitter, extracted into otherside of attic, through studwork plasterboard wall. This the goes into a big 12inch filter and is pushed out via the eves. the room also has 2 tile vents fitted two runs above soffit.  I'm looking to expand, the suspended floor and kingspan is all about fitted, left enough to run lecy up and some separate lighting(that's another story) I was going to duplicate the other side but then thought about the overall heat up there and the need to extract it completely out of the room for summer months.  The idea is to put 4 separate 6inch with filter in each tent, duct running from 2 into a spliter then connected to one tile vent, repeated for the opposite side tents. The partition wall will come down and then il fit another tile vent to draw in fresh air to the room and passively to each tent.  In theory I think it should work, my concerns are back draft and if there is a better way of achieving the same end result.    Kind regards all
