You shouldn’t need to adjust the pH at all in Biobizz compost

That is still soil? Doesn't need PH-ing.

was originally asking about water ph and how to work out how much Mono Mg to put in.

Have no idea how we ended up talking about soil haha

It’s relevant that we’re talking about soil/compost,

as opposed to coco or some other inert medium.

Our canna specific composts usually contain Lime(the chemical not the fruit) :D

This lime regulates the pH,

to keep the medium ‘in the zone’ for nutrient availability/uptake.

If it was Hydro/coco/nft/hempy buckets etc then we would need to maintain the ideal pH(unless using Advanced Nutrients pH perfect feed).

SO I don't need to do anything to water except add Mono Mg as you said a few posts back?

I use soil & the Advanced nutrients I use are Ph perfect but I find from around 3 weeks after germination I put 1 drop of biobizz Ph- down in their feeds & this keeps my Ph from rising.

Nope. Add your Mongo Mg to ballance the ratio to 3:1 and that's job done. Only other thing you'll need to do is add your grow / flower nutes. :punk:
