Euforia - StrawNana - Unknown Mephisto x 2 - WW

Had a ton of soil that needed recycling, some large pots I've never used and a bunch of auto seeds I'm trying to get through.
So here they are day 15 from seed, 180w.

White Widow (Seedstockers) - this one is a few days younger and was a backup, I might not see it through.

Will be topping and binding the most vigorous ones within the next week.

Happy weekend :bong:

Well was going to wait longer but the Euforia and Strawnana started showing sex so thought it was good time to get the training going before they all do.

LST on all the plants, topped the 2 unknown Mephistos and leaving the WW be as its the runt, although 3 days behind the rest.

Here they are after the work is done, all pegged.
Grabbed those white pot covers on my previous (and hopefully last) trip to the growshop for about 10 cents a piece. Couldn't resist.. Don't think there's much use of them in terms of light efficiency but they help keep the top soil moist which I like.
Excited with how the soil is working out, all of them except the runt are in recycled soil from previous grows which I added a ton of stuff to and let sit for 3 weeks in those big pots.

Going smooth enough as we roll pass 21 days. A bit disappointed with the early pistils on the euforia and strawnana but what can you do. I may have had the light too close too early so that wouldn't have helped.
Raised the light and upped it to 80% - 240w to battle some colder weather, trying to maintain that 28c. Humidity is a constant 60+ thanks to the huge ass pots

Topping went well on the mephs, seems like they've out paced the others in growth since the deed was done.

Euforia- she was particularly bothered by the low hanging light, doing better today
large.signal-2023-05-11-224507_007.jpeg

Strawnana - fan leaves bigger than my face on this one
large.signal-2023-05-11-224507_006.jpeg

White Widow, no training done, staying squat regardless. Should be interesting.
large.signal-2023-05-11-224507_004.jpeg

All ready for some stretch, should be a big week ahead, fingers crossed.

Stretching fast so got some support netting in there to space things out a bit.
Some yellowing on some tips not sure if from light or nutrients. Hopefully the former or else it'll mean I've over done something in the compost mix
Smells like weed though so we're still good I think.

Looking nice in there :yep:

Appreciate the words, Manalishi. Just a few of us keeping the auto section alive haha :bong:

Went into the tent last night stoned as fuck trying to decide if the tip yellowing was nutrient burn or light - I came to the conclusion its light damage as its only tippy top growth and everything under canopy is lush green.
Continued to weave some more branches and snapped one of the top heads off the mephisto - that had been topped :wallbash:So, 1 head topped to 2 snapped back to 1.. Total genius I am, don't fuck around when you're midnight ripped :wanker:

Flower on some of these ladies has well kicked off. We are on day 30 with nothing but plain watering up until this point. May be time for a top dress soon.
The unknown Mephisto 2 is really shining, I wish she were in her own tent, she'd be uuge.
And bullshit yellow tips on the strawnana from the LED, ruining the shot
large.signal-2023-05-18-215802_011.jpeg

Hoping some of that undergrowth will pop through in time.
large.signal-2023-05-18-215802_002.jpeg

Euforia going for it.. First one to flower by a week, probably a good thing as she's a sativa with a stink.
large.signal-2023-05-18-215802_004.jpeg

LST and topped. The meph 1 on the right topped twice by accident, still cruisin'.
large.signal-2023-05-18-215802_010.jpeg

Still debating whether to do any plucking.. I'm vibing with the bush so might skip this time around. :blushing:

Next 2 weeks will be the most exciting part..
Stay tuned :oldtoker:

After staring at the plants for a good bit of time with a fat joint and a full vape oven, I've decided to clear up the lower canopy and do a bit of a top dress to keep the mix rich. Pics soon

Loads of little bud sites now exposed to the light. I didn't want to overdo it and will now leave them be for the next 2-3 weeks and see if another light defoliate is necessary later on.

Light is now set to 100%, the full 300w is beaming down from a distance of about 70cm.

large.signal-2023-05-19-221235_002.jpeg

Lot more room under the canopy now.
large.signal-2023-05-19-221235_003.jpg

Top dress of WC, kemp compost, guanokalong complete organics, farmers mix and some neem meal.
large.signal-2023-05-19-221235_004.jpg

Off to get stupidly stoned :smokin:

They are really going for it now
All relatively smooth, battling some gnats so have got the neem cake out for some tea(im convinced they're coming from the biobizz worm castings).
Some lower leaves are losing colour so I was a tad late on the top dress - should have fed the compost before I saw signs of hunger, live and learn.

Neem Cake.

I can't go on enough about this stuff. Completely obliterates gnat/thrip/mite populations after a few good waterings with it.  Fucks with the pests reproductive abilities and kills them off in a sort of painful death :george:

It's also a amazing plant growth regulator, really boosts the plants ability to grow new, strong branches and and hence bud sites.

I've really seen an uptick in my growing since using it, and I really feel the need to advertise it. (I do not sell the shit I promise lol)

Ahah, found it! @MindSoup

@Lubdub I saw this ages ago but somehow didn't follow, just bought some neem cake powder to sort my thrips out. What ratios do you use man? Plants are looking great, good job :) glad I found the thread again!
