Shumroom
I must begin by thanking @Seedstockers-Mark for providing some more seeds for me to grow out thank you Mark. Here's what have been sitting patiently in my fridge since I received them. They'll be getting flowered out in the area I lovingly refer to as Bloom-room #2, but before that they'll be starting off in the Homebox Vista(nursery tent). I'm still going back and forth in my mind whether I'm gonna grow them out in coco or compo I'll update next when I get them germinating, they're sitting at the side for now until I decide between Jiffy or Peat pellets Atb Edited October 2, 2022 by Dodgee
Head Rose'n'Tail
A dress rehearsal before the main event Mr @Shumroom eh? was thinking along those devious lines myself Would have loved to have had a shot at those M+C regs you got there too, the fem was a monster and I'm sure if any of the males make it into that sexroom thingy of yours you are all gonna have a great time Where's the kettle?
Shumroom
There are no dress rehearsals in life No but seriously this will be the main event for me. I won't be taking part in the Pot Noodle competition this time around I already had the Biscotto Regs lined up for my next run, so I don't see the point of the 2 different growing styles at the same time. Atb Edit: yeah I've seen some nice results on here from the Mack and Crack, so I have high expectations Edited October 2, 2022 by Shumroom Eta

Shumroom
Good to have you along for the grow @OldFord it's self service here I'm hoping for 2 or 3(preferably) females of each variety that way I can fill the 150 x 90 tent with some half decent sized plants, perhaps trained for 4 or maybe 8 colas per plant depending upon numbers. If I find a nice male among them I'll keep a copy around for flowering later and collect the pollen to use to try to make some more seeds I'm thinking I might aim for 7.5l pots of coco for finals That's as much as i've got planned for now, but I'm crap at planning and often end up just winging it(a bit like my life ). If I can get my arse in gear I could/should put together some of the bits and bobs that I've purchased over the last year or so to go with automated watering, that would be the next game changer for my growing I hope Bass cat hasn't got you back yet after the bath Atb

Shumroom
Update time All seeds were soaked for just under 24hrs in shot glasses of tepid water with a couple of drops of this These are the Mack&Crack seeds before soaking Different angle Here's the Triton Biscotto Lime seeds About an hour ago I hydrated 10 pellets(not sure if they are jiffys or peat, I think they're peat) with a solution which included some Tribus and a couple of ml of Seaweed extract and a ml of Kickstart just incase they are jiffys Using a bamboo skewer to make the hole nice and deep in the pellets, then dropped a seed into each pellet and reorganised the medium to cover up the seeds. They're now in the Homebox tent under about 40W of LEDs for now, the heat mats are set for around 26°C. I'll update once we start to see signs of life Atb
RUFUS HOUND
Alright bud, Im doing the M&C autos -Im a few weeks ahead of you, be interesting to see the differences in them both. Ive started using 1% peroxide for soaking seeds before wet paper towel and its given cracking results so far, fast germination and massive tap root growth. It might have nothing to do with it but I like to belive its all down to the HP Edited October 7, 2022 by RUFUS HOUND
Shumroom
Photo update These were taken last Saturday(4days ago) So thundercats are go Sitting under a total of around 55W between both LEDs. shire
Atb with your endeavours with these, great start Edited October 12, 2022 by shire
Shumroom
Thanks very much @shire All 10 seeds have now germinated successfully It's been tricky making sure that the peat pellets don't dry out too much(remember to visit them every 24 hours ). I do have the heat mats set to 26°C, to help keep the temperature up, I'm trying to hold off from turning on the wee tube heater but it's definitely starting to get colder now. One of the Mack and Crack seedlings was wilted when I was checking on them yesterday because the pellet had totally dried out oops. Normally I would wait for some roots appearing out of the pellets before potting up, I might pot them up sooner than later I made up a new litre of feed: 2ml/l of Seaweed extract and 2ml/l of Intense Kickstart. I nudged the dimmer on the quantum board, bringing the LEDs up to around 60W(tent size is 1.2m x 60cm x 1.2m). Hopefully you have a great weekend Atb
