I certainly will do :)

Just a wee tip on posting,

as I realise that you are new around here.

There's no need to quote each time,

unless there's a specific point you wanna highlight etc.

Just start your reply in the box below the previous post :yep:

It makes for a more pleasant read for others.

Might be obvious but that are those yellow things? Is it to hold the plant upwards, cause i know when they get heavy they start leaning.

Yes @mystic_roots the tell tale signs of heavy buds ;)

The yo-yos come in very handy,

I should have put a couple of layers of netting up to support the branches as they put on weight,

but I left it too late to be able to get the nets in lol

She’s pretty much done :D

but the other girl beside her could do with a few more days.

I’ll have it chopped and hanging by Sunday I reckon.

Well I still haven’t chopped this girl down yet.

Other plant is now pretty much ready,

so I’ll be switching the timers off today to stop the lights from coming back on.

I’m one of these religious types that believe in giving an extended dark period before the chop,

so I’ll take her down tomorrow once she’s had around 36hrs of lights off after her marathon grow.

I think I’ve mentioned a couple of times that the buds seem to be very well developed(considering the flower formation),

I even had to help out a couple of the secondary buds that were becoming jammed up and under the top bud :D

If she’s a good smoke/flavour then I’ll definitely be growing lots more of this Triton Biscotto Lime

She should be great for getting some jars filled,

so that I might be happy to run with something that goes a bit longer,

Eg the London Pound Punch is stated as a 10 to 11 week strain iirc.

Anyhoo I’ll try to remember to take some photos before I relieve her of her root system lol

This girl was finally chopped and hung whole on Friday

I can’t wait to sample her delights.

Just from looking at the frostiness and size of the buds,

I believe theirs a very high chance that I’ll be growing this strain again sometime soon :D

I’ll update once I snaffle a taster bud lol

  • 2 weeks later...

The TBL has been chopped into smallish branches,

she’s now inside a large plastic tub until I get the time to tidy her up and into jars :)

I did grab a sample from some of the lower down bits just to gauge how dry it was,

the taste already seems to be very nice,

I can’t wait to taste it once it’s had time to cure :yep:

I’ll get some dry bud shots up once I get some sorted.

Not a full report,

but a quick one to say,

I’ve been bashing into this lot and enjoying it very much.

I’ll regularly find myself with half a spliff of the TBL in my hand with my mind wandering gently through some random thoughts :)

Lovely stuff,

without a massively overpowering smell(I might have gone a wee bit nose blind) .

I’m definitely going to grow this strain out again

I’ll get some photos of the buds before I smash it all lol

I’ll do my best to allow some to cure.

Was there any lime flavours coming through or lurking in the background?

Thanks very much @Revive :)

I really didn't do much,

a bit of topping here and there and then making sure she was properly hydrated.

The upgrades to LEDs with heating and better environmental control has made the growing of beautiful buds so much easier in my space.

As for the flavour it's one of those that I find difficult to pin down,

definately a citrus vibe but certainly not Lemon.

In a spliff it's very pleasant to smoke and I don't notice too much of a smell,

not until I go out and come back later lol

I'll try to remember to do a jar sniff the next time I open it ;)

Apologies to @Seedstockers-Mark and those of you who wanted to see some dry bud shots of the Triton Biscotto Lime.

I went to grab another jar from storage to bring out for use,

only to find that I’ve actually already finished all of it :(

I have to say it was very tasty weed with a very pleasant body feeling.

I’ve obviously been reaching for it more often than I thought I had :smoke:

I’m definitely gonna have to grow some more of this at some point :)
